Arriving at his shed, Tiberius shook himself dry, flinging water drops everywhere. Flying up to his favorite branch, the old hawk quietly cleaned the feathers on his shoulders. All the while, the rain continued to fall outside. The hawk was unfazed by it though. He actually loved it when it rained, much to the other pets' shock and surprise. It was soothing, especially when he was sleeping. Yawning, he was about to take a nap when he heard footsteps.

"Hold on, I'm coming," Alfred stated as he made his way over to the shed. Walking up and down the branch, Tiberius let out a series of delighted squeaks. He purred loudly when his owner got inside the shed. The old hawk tilted his head to the side though when he saw his personal vet Dr. Laura Green follow Alfred inside, carrying a cardboard box. Shrugging his shoulders, he turned his attention back to his owner.

Petting Tiberius with a kind hand, Alfred spoke softly, "How's my sweet boy doing today?" The old hawk purred his response, rubbing his head against his owner's hand. Laura smiled as she watched the two interact with each other. Filled with happiness, Tiberius had completely forgotten about the box. He quickly remembered it though when it suddenly moved. Staring at it in confusion, he muttered, "What the heck is in that thing?"

Biting his lip nervously, Alfred continued petting Tiberius as he explained, "Tiberius, please don't get overexcited or anything. Laura and I decided to get you a little friend. Please be nice." Sighing, he looked down at Laura, who quietly opened up the box. Tiberius watched as the veterinarian pulled out a small bundle from within the cardboard box and hand it over to Alfred. The old hawk's owner slowly turned so he could see. Gazing down at the bundle, Tiberius froze in place.

It was a little month old red tailed hawk.
