Screeching loudly, Tiberius opened his wings. Chris struggled to keep a hold on the old hawk while Wendy and the other animals watched in sheer terror. Growling as the man held onto his left leg, Tiberius whacked Chris with his wings and his right leg. Crying out as blood ran down his hand, Chris relinquished his hold. Growling, the hawk wasn't done as he looked up at a red button on the wall. Pressing it, he watched as all of the cages opened up in the room. Satisfied, he snuck through the open door.

Entering the hallway and looking left and right, Tiberius's eyes lit up when he saw an exit. A door at the end of the hall. And it was wide open. Smiling to himself, the old hawk started making his way towards it when he heard footsteps behind him. Peering his shoulder, he huffed in annoyance when he saw Wendy had followed him. Obviously, the young bird wouldn't listen to him if he told her to stay. And he could see Val and some other humans rushing over. Hating his decision with every bit of his heart, Tiberius quickly grabbed Wendy and raced for the door.

"Don't let them get away!" Val shouted as the footsteps grew louder and louder behind the two predatory birds. An alarm was going off and the hallway was lit up with red lights and filled with sirens. Meanwhile, the door was beginning to shut since someone had pressed a button, causing the facility to go under lockdown. Wendy whimpering in his grasp, Tiberius flew at top speed towards the door as it got closer to shutting. Fearing that the plan would fail, he shut his eyes...
