When the unexpected became the inevitable

It took me a good 10 minutes to drag his ginormous body onto my sofa. I literally hit his head a million times but he was out like a light. I better get rewarded for this! I took a seat on the chair next to my sofa and pulled my phone out. Mel had texted me.

MELANIE: So sorry for leaving you! Where r u?

ME: Home now. Being a good Samaritan :) Did you get home safe?

MELANIE: Yeah Andrew came home with me. Wdym Good Samaritan?

ME: Have fun. There was a guy who was completely wasted (but not aggressive) so I dumped him on my couch.

MELANIE: OMG WHO IS HE?!

ME: Mikey or Michael whichever sounds better.

MELANIE: PICTURE NOW!

I lent over the chair and took a picture of Mikey and sent it to Melanie. Normally I'd object to do doing this but I'd rather her not come over and wake my neighbours up by screaming.

MELANIE: OMG YOU IDIOT THAT'S ALEXANDER REED! THE FIRST MAN TO SLEEP AT YOUR HOUSE IS A FRICKEN BILLIONAIRE!

ME: Who?

MELANIE: Alexander Reed? The sexiest billionaire in the history of sexy billionaires. You r so lucky. You have a God on your sofa RN.

ME: No no no. He is not whoever you think he is.

MELANIE: April remember when we were talking about that charity launch and you said how amazing it is that a billionaire is actually doing good for this world, that is him my friend. Go into his wallet and find his ID!

My friend is very delusional. This man is very attractive but there is no way he is this Alexander Reed person. But hey it doesn't hurt to check...right? I walked around the sofa and slowly pulled the blanket away from him. He kept moving. Stop being difficult and stay still! When I got a good view of his open pocket I immediately grabbed whatever was inside. Keys, pen and his wallet! I carefully tip-toed out of my living room and into my room. Okay Mr Man, let's see who you really are. "Oh my god." I gasp when I see it. Alexander Julian Reed. How did this happen?

MELANIE: I told you so
