I shower and walk over to my closet. I decide to wear something that will make both of us nostalgic. I get changed into the outfit I was wearing the first time we met. This time I look more presentable because I'm not drunk. I shave my growing stubble and leave my hair as it is. Over the course of time I've gotten to know April, I've picked up that she prefers my hair when it was no product in. I put my contacts in and go to one of the guest bedrooms where April is and walk in.

"Wow." Is all I can say. She's wearing a pair of navy trousers with frills at the top and a belt travelling through it. On top she has a white blouse with balloons arms that stop at her elbows. Her hair is in a low bun but she has strands of wavy hair out at the front. Her face is makeup-less and absolute perfection.

"When you told me Michael bought clothes for me I did not think they'd be so nice." She jokes and looks at me.

"I'm feeling the nostalgia." She smiles.

"That's what I was going for." I smile back.

"So where are we going?" She asks.

Well...We don't have to do this but my mother would like to meet you. I told her that I'd ask if you'd be up for meeting her. After last night." I expect April to frown and decline but to my surprise she smiles. She puts her forehead to mine and says,

"I'd love to meet her." I smile back at her and she pulls away.

"This isn't the type of date I imagined Alexander Reed to take me on." She says.

"Apricot, our date begins after we have lunch with my parents." I pause, "What did you imagine a date with me would be like?" I add.

"You know. I thought it'd be a simple wine and dine."

"Well don't get me wrong, you shall be wined and dined. But we're also going to do something a bit...Outside of the box. For me anyway."

"What do you mean?" She asks.

"That's for me to know and for you to find out." I smirk and she rolls her eyes.

"So is there anything I need to know about your mother? Is she judge me when she see's I'm not dressed in designer clothing?"

I laugh, "She actually is a non judgemental rich woman so I think you'll be fine. Even if she were to judge you, there's no need to be worried. Your blouse is Valentino." I wink and walk out of the room.

"What?" April chases me. "I can't wear this! It's the most expensive thing to touch my body."

"That's not true, you own Louboutin's." I say, walking to grab my car keys.

"Valentino is probably more expensive!"

"It's still not the most expensive your body's touched. You wear thousands of pounds on your wrist everyday." I point to the platinum Rolex on the wrist and watch her face redden.

"It's not a bad thing to have expensive things April. It's just clothes. Come on let's go." I kiss the top of her head and she sighs.
