District Two Male: Edgar Phasear

Physical Description:  Despite his ugly name, Edgar proves to be anything but. Edgar has  stunning violet eyes framed by thick black lashes. He has sharp features  and pale skin that contrasts his thick black hair. He generally  attempts to slick it back off of his face but his his hair is quite  unruly and generally more than a few hairs manage to escape. Edgar has a  lean muscular build and generally stands with a slight slouch in his  back. Standing at 6'1 Edgar proves to be above average height, yet could  not be considered a giant by any means.

Personality:  Edgar is by no means a saint (though he may argue this point) and is  quite possibly insane, though nothing has ever been proven. He comes off  normal enough at first, if not a tad dismissive and airheaded, but as  you get to know him you'll realize he is very dark and borderline  suicidal. He views himself as more intelligent and realistic than anyone  else causing him to be impossible to reason with. He places no value on  human life, going as far as to determine that it is completely futile.  The statement 'All creatures die, why not speed up the process and  relieve them of their misery' is his philosophy that has driven him to  volunteer this year, because in his mind he is going to save the world  with his wish.....

Background: Edgar  had a childhood similar to most other children of District 2 (besides  the lack of a father figure) spending the first several years of his  life with his family and then beginning training. He was mostly a loner  always seeming deep in thought and enjoying walking around the district  simply in hopes of getting lost. He was average in training, nothing  terrible and most certainly nothing wonderful, he blended into the  background of it all, that is until he volunteered....

Volunteered

Reason: To recive his greatest wish of course- or to die trying.

Strengths: Edgar  is surprisingly intelligent and very good at calculating others move  before they make them. He is the perfect combination of reckless and  calculation to do well in any form of combat. Perhaps his greatest  strength though was his incredible willpower. Once he sets his mind to  something only death will get in his way, he will fight to his last  breath and use any means necessary to achieve it- even if its not fair.

Weaknesses: Edgar  is very much depressed and very much unstable, though he hides it to  the best of his ability. Edgar isn't the best with his weapon and is the  opposite of versatile. He also is terribly allergic to peanuts.  Seriously if he even touches one he could die, not that this is  something he likes to share.

Weapon: Twin long swords

Wish: Edgar wants access to the nuclear weapons, though he has not been verbal about his intentions.....
