Task Six: On My Own /SF

In the morning,  everything has changed. Seven explorers became five, with each one  equally confused what exactly is happening all around them. There is  only one thing on which everybody can be agreed: they can get out.  Before they leave, however, they send one last, fleeting glance by the  bunks that held two of their comrades mere moments ago, now left empty.  No longer will they be seen.

Audrey Blackwood [21]
David Lowe [6]

One by one, each of them  leaves the door, waving their goodbyes to the others. It isn't always  easy to leave behind those you have learned to trust, no matter how much  is riding on it.

But sometimes, the only person you can trust to keep you safe is yourself.

THE TASK

Ladies, gentlemen, and  any identity in between, we have reached the moment you've all been  waiting for. That's right, it's... the song task. Your songs will be  assigned below, and you only have one requirement for this entry: make  sure the song comes through. (Although you do have to be leaving the  area; the government has busted you)

On Voting: The  entry which most impresses me will earn a bye right to finals... The  other four will be eliminated, with two of you leaving the competition.

Word Count: 2,000

Deadline: Thursday, November 26th at 10 PM GMT.
