Appearance:  Eoghan is rather handsome. He has dark brown hair with an odd blonde  streak he was born with. He has stunning hazel eyes that turn grey in  the winter, and a great smile. He is a bit short standing at 5ft 7in. He  is strong like any career tribute. He is never seen with out his lucky  green hat.

Personality:  Eoghan is a very charismatic young man. He is smooth and sassy; that is  why many people dislike him. He's one of those people who are 'take me  or leave me.' You either like him or don't. He's not an open book. He's a  steel chest with a diamond lock that he only has the key to. Unlike  most people in district one, he doesn't enjoy training and would rather  be reading or questioning the meaning of life.

Background:  Eoghan's family descends from a heritage called Irish, which he doesn't  know much about.  His father is an engineer and designs different types  of furniture, and designs for inventions he sends off to district three  daily. His mother is an elementary school teacher. She has always  supported his love for reading. He doesn't have many friends, but the  one's he does have are known as the 'odd' kids in school. He has an  older brother, whom he adores. His name is Tavish Eoghan looks up to  him. But a year ago Tavish went on a late night bike ride with a few of  his friends and never returned. It crushed Eoghan's heart.

Reaped

Reaction: Nonchalant. He wasn't sad, shocked, happy, nothing; a blank slate. But underneath he was pissed.

Strengths:  Because Eoghan reads a lot he has a lot of random knowledge. He knows  how to do the most random things, some are cool party tricks, and others  could save some one's life. He is very smart, and strong.

Weaknesses: He is  a bit big headed. He only thinks of himself. If he doesn't like a plan  he will change it with out anyone else knowing, which could help or  hurt. He doesn't notice how his actions affect people, and isn't very  empathetic.

Weapon: his brains and throwing knives

Token: a book his friend gave him. Eoghan hasn't finished it yet and is determined to even if it the last thing he does.

Wish: to have a search party throughout Panem to look for his brother dead or alive.
