Name: Wesley Redding

Age: Seventeen

District: Ten

Physical Description:  Wes has an average appearance for a typical Ten cattleman; an athletic  build, a short scruffy beard, and warm brown eyes. However, he was born  with thick hair the color of yellowed corn, streaked with a few dark  strands from his father's side of the family. He has a friendly face,  dotted with light freckles, and a nice smile.

Personality: Wes  has never been the type of guy to show off or be cruel. He is a gentle  and selfless man, kind to all and friendly to his enemies. However, Wes  is quiet innocent for his age, blinded by the simple life he lives. He  is fragile and doesn't adapt well to new situations.

Background: As a  young boy, Wes' father pushed him to work in the chopshop, but after Wes  threw up multiple times at the sight of the dead animals, Wes was  appointed to the neighboring ranch. There, he was partnered with the  owner's daughter Sammy, their job to take care of the cattle. They  became best friends, but never lovers. Wes thinks about Sammy during  much of his spare time, but he never saw her as possibly his girlfriend  despite his deep crush on her.

Weaknesses: Wes  is weak-minded and will run away from fights if he can. Also, a small  child could possibly manipulate him if they got past his senses. Wes  refuses to kill, but he might break that promise to get back to Sammy.  He is very unprepared.

Weapon: Dagger.

Token: A leather bracelet, but it is only special to him because Sammy's favorite flower, the sunflower, is woven into it.

Wish: Wes wishes the Games would end entirely, so families and lovers never have to fear being separated from each other.
