Age: 18

Physical Description:
David's  always floated in the middle in terms of his appearance. His build  makes it clear that he wasn't the captain of the basketball team - or  any team for that matter - he's certainly not out of shape. At just two  inches shy of six feet tall, he can't be considered short, but he  definitely isn't tall either. With brown hair he's never really known  what to do with, and a face that could blend in with any crowd, David's  never really been considered attractive in anything besides the  boy-next-door way. By far, his favorite part of his appearance is his  eyes - the same shade of blue as his mother.

Personality:
The  best word to describe David is wallflower. He's not much more social  situations, and, when in one, he'd much rather sit and observe than  actually participate. To his friends he's trustworthy and loyal,  although that may just be because he doesn't want to go through the work  of finding new friends. David likes routines, and hates anything that  breaks that routine. His worst trait is probably his indecisiveness -  he'd much rather let someone else make a decision for him than risk  making the wrong one.

Brief Background:
The  oldest of three boys, there have always been big expectations for  David. He's done his best to live up to them, having made straight A's  since kindergarten, and participated in every club he could. However, at  the end of high school, despite being smart enough to get accepted  pretty much anywhere he wanted, he realized he had no idea what he  wanted to do with his life or where he wanted to go. He's sort of stuck,  and no one's going to make this decision for him.

Why he signed up:
One  day while looking through brochures from colleges, a television  commercial advertising the expedition into Area 51 came on. He doesn't  particularly want the money or glory or anything, he's just hoping it  gives him a little more time to make his decision.
