Physical Appearance- Chloe has broad hips and broad shoulders. She has
long sun kissed wavy brownish blonde hair and sea- green eyes. She has
many  callouses on her hands. Her cheekbones are very distinct and she looks  as if she is underfed and is almost always found wearing her mother's
shawl.

Personality- Very bold, likes to do many things on her own. She does not
have many friends and doesn't mind it. If people really got to know her
they would find bubbly and cute.

Background- Chloe has a normal life except for the fact that her mother
died after giving birth to her. She had always felt like her father blamed
her for killing the love of his life.

Reaped/ volunteered- Reaped

Reaction/ Reason- She did not really have a reaction. She knew if she was
picked, it would be a burden lifted off of her father's back, If not, then
she had to volunteer; Lucky for her she was reaped. Her father was the one
who had the biggest reaction. When Chloe's name was called, there were
little gasps and sighs of relief here and there, but her father was the one
who screamed. He told her during visiting hours that she was the closest
thing that reminded him of Chloe's mother and he didn't want to lose her
forever.

Strengths- Chloe is very smart in all aspects, she is a very fast runner
and is good at figuring out foods you can and cannot eat.

Weaknesses- Chloe is not the strongest despite her figure and she really
hated killing

Weapon- A bow and arrow so she cannot see her victim up close. She often
sticks an arrow with poison on it in a tree so that passersby thinking that
someone forgot to take it out, pull it out and kill themselves.

Token- A photo her father gave her of him and her mother and their wedding
day
