Physical Appearance:  Stellia is the definition of pretty. With a little twist, of course.  Her eyes are genetically altered to be a sparkly purple, and her  extremely long hair is an oddly realistic cotton candy pink. She wears  her hair up in an intricate braided bun all the time. She has the look  of a porcelain doll, with big eyes and a pale face. Stellia is shorter  than most, looking more like a fourteen year-old than a girl the age of  seventeen. Her nails are always perfect, in a long triangular shape  ending with a pointy tip. She wears an overload of makeup, just as most  Capitol citizens do.

Personality:  Stellia isn't so different from most Capitol people. She's stuck-up and  sometimes just flat-out rude. She's snobby, selfish and seemingly  heartless towards almost everyone, apart from her crush, whom she swoons  over constantly. She's surprisingly strong for her size and appearance,  and could easily break someone's bones. Stellia is fearless and daring,  and she'll go to any limits to get what she wants.

Background:  Stellia grew up in a family of seventeen. Her parents, two sets of  grandparents, four sisters, six brothers and herself. They lived in a  humongous mansion in the middle of the city. Her parents worked 24/7,  her mother as a Capitol stylist and her father working for the  president. Stellia grew up with one rule: no physical alterations until  she was eighteen. Well, that rule didn't work out when she turned  sixteen and decided to go out with her friends to get her purple eyes  and pink hair. She's the youngest out of her whole family, the second  youngest being twenty.

Volunteered

Reason: Stellia  needed her biggest wish to be granted. She wanted it to come true, and  the only way that it would, would be to win the Games.

Strengths:  Stellia is plenty strong enough to break bones. Being taught to use  whips and such at a young age, she knows her weapons well.  She isn't  scared to look in the face of death, nor is she afraid of gore.

Weaknesses:  Stellia is much too prideful and confident, she'll easily do something  she believes she can do, but can't. She's rather slow and she strongly  dislikes getting dirty. She's afraid to do so much as chip a nail,  meaning she'll be much too careful.

Weapon: Stellia  likes to go for the most interesting weapons, which is why she enjoys  poison darts and whips. She also enjoys the method of bone-breaking.

Token: her most  beautiful set of earrings, dangling past her shoulders. They are made up  of rainbow coloured chains attached to one large diamond stud.

Wish: Stellia  wishes to become a celebrity. In fact, she wishes to become the biggest  celebrity that Panem has ever seen. Her lifelong dream is to become the  star of Panem.
