Calvin's Pov

Nandito ako ngayun sa restaurant. Oh, not only me, nandito din si Dad. This is the day were Dad wants to meet my girlfriend-arghh fake girlfriend, Charissa.

Ilang araw ang lumipas pero hindi ko nakita si Charissa. Malamang ay iniiwasan ako nun. Naka ilang tawag na din ako sa kanya but, ni isa ay wala nya sinasagot. Nagdadalawang isip nga din ako kung bat tinuloy ko pa din ang pag punta dito.

" Where's your girlfriend?" tanong nito. Kinabahan naman ako. Maybe he got tired of waiting.

" Ahm- She will b-be here. S-soon." pag sisinungaling ko. I texted her where resto are we, but wala naman syang reply. I think she doesn't want to come. Eh sino ba namang pupunta? bukod sa galit sya sakin ay parang ang hirap naman ng pinapagawa ko sa kanya. Make her to be my fake girlfriend? tsss who wants to agree with that?

Baka naman gusto niya ang totohaan?? *smirked*

Habang nag hihintay ay napapaisip ako. Do I need to do this? Why did I fake my girlfriend afterall? I'm so damn bastard. Siguro ay dahil ayoko lang mag asawa muna? maybe that's the reason. Hindi naman sa ayokong i-meet ang anak ni Mr. Vargas, I-I just don't want to get married yet.

And si Charissa? I feel guilty to her. Ako ang pumilit sa kanya. Ni hindi ko nga alam kung gusto niya ang ginawa ko o hindi. I decided it on my own. Tss.

Minutes past but no Charissa. I can count how many sighed that Dad made. Either me.

Mukhang kailangan ko na sigurong sabihin ang totoo. I don't want Dad to judge Charissa because of it, na hindi ito sumunod sa tamang oras.

Humugot ako ng lakas ng loob bago mag salita. I know he will disappoint for what I did. But, thats more okay than to continue the fake relationship with Charissa. Siguro'y hindi na din magagalit sakin si Charissa. Sana nga.

" Ahm- D-dad.." panimula ko. Shetemay. Kinakabahan na ko ah.

" Where is she? do you think its too much late for our meeting time?" mahinahon pero halata na seryosong sabi nito. Here it comes! You need to tell this Calvin! Y-you can do it!

" D-dad, about Charissa..."

" What about it? don't you dare to tell me that I'm going to be a grandfather soon-"

" W-what? It's not that!" sigaw ko. O-oa ni Dad. N-ni hindi nga kami nag k-kikiss ni Charissa. M-may pa grandfather grandfather sya agad. But, if he want to, pwede rin naman-

" Calvin." maawtoridad niyang sabi. Go Calvin! You can d-do it!

" C-Charissa and I are-"

" -happy together, same as some couples out there, Tito." pag bago ng sasabihin ko ng nag salita. When I looked to her, hindi ko alam kung anong mga emosyon ang pumasok sa kaloob looban ko.

" C-Charissa.." sabi ko habang nakatingin sa kanya. I really don't have an idea that she will come. She didn't text nor call me.

B-But why do I feel sudden, happy?

She looked at me. She's smiling, but not reaching her eyes. S-She's still angry at me.

Siya ang nag alis ng tingin sakin at tumingin kay Dad. " I'm so sorry Tito, sobrang traffic po eh." sabi niya.

When I looked at Dad, he stilled. He's just staring at Charissa. And seconds later, he chuckled. W-whats that for Dad?!

" It's okay ija, sit beside Calvin." sabi ni Dad.
