*Buzz! Buzz! Buzz*

I suddenly woke up because of my alarm clock. 6:00am, Saturday. I'm still sleepy, hay weekend sana kaso madami pang gagawin. If I didn't go to that stupid photoshoot I should've have a proper sleep. Bakit pa kasi ako pinilit maging model ng isang clothing line. Hassle na for me, di naman ako maka resist because the owner of this line is one of the person who helped me when I'm starting my business. I stand up lazily and slowly walked towards my the bathroom. When my phone suddenly rings.

*Ring! Ring! Ring!*

Hay! Kulang na nga tulog ko tapos early in the morning someone's bothering na. I picked it up, and to my surprise it's my secretary that is calling. Nagkakaproblema daw sa restaurant?! I immediately showered and put on my clothes. Just my typical outfit, Longsleeve polo shirt, black pants and a top sider. And I'm off!

When I arrived at the restaurant, I talked to my employees and they told me that the singer that will perform later at the birthday event had backout. Kung minamalas nga naman oh! I didn't have a proper sleep, I didn't eat breakfast pa, tapos ganito pa madadatnan ko?

"Paano na to guys? Mamaya nang 8pm ang event! Who's gonna perform?! Kailan lang ba nag backout ang singer? Answer me!" Sigaw ko.

"Kagabi pa po. Nakalimutan ko pong sabihin sa'yo kasi tumawag ako sa inyo kagabi pero sabi mo may ginagawa ka at mamaya na ako tumawag." Paliwanag ng secretary ko.

"So this is now my fault?! Amazing! Now tell me! Saan tayo kukuha ng kapalit?!" I was so mad that I kicked the tables.

"Do all your respective works, and finish all you have to finish! Just make sure everything is in place by the time I came back. I'll find another singer we can replace." Sabi ko sabay alis.

Now what! I dont know what to do. Ang daming problema! Sakit sa ulo! I drove to different places just to find a singer but I found nothing. Ive asked all my friends but none of them knew someone who sings. I called some of my business partners, they know someone but theyre busy daw eh. Im starting to panic. I need to refresh my mind. I called Kathleen, her phone was off. I called Ford, but he is not answering, I decided to go to his house incase he's home. When I arrived, I was about to call someone when I heard someone playing the guitar,

*Guitar playing*

It was like I was listening to an angel sing. She was so good at guitar and her voice is god damn good. I entered the house and slowly get inside, careful not to catch her attention. And I saw the girl who's playing. I saw how passionate she is while singing the song, her hands gracefully plucking the strings of the guitar.

I looked at her, she's so beautiful while singing and playing the guitar. I cant explain the feeling Im feeling but I guess this is what they called butterflies on the stomach. Clíche as it sounds but I dont care, this girl before me sings the missing melody in my heart that Im longing to have. I took a  few steps toward her.

I was so dumbfounded. She's amazing. I smiled like an idiot. It was like cupid came down from heaven looking for a victim and I'm the one he saw and shoots me straight through my heart. She noticed my presence and she was shocked.

"Kuya tanda! What are you doing here?"

Hindi ako nakasagot. I can still hear her voice inside my head.

"Ang galing mong kumanta." I smiled.

"Ah eh thank you po. " Sabi nya.

And yes, TING! May nahanap na akong singer para sa event mamaya! And yes indeed, I found my little angel.

"Ha? Pakakantahin mo ako kuya Tanda?! No way, highway! Di ako kumakanta sa maraming tao. Actually konting konti lang ang may alam na kumakanta ako at dadagdag ka na sa listahan na yun." she said.

"Bakit mo tinatago sa iba ang ganyang kagandang boses?" I asked her.

"Nahihiya ho ako. Feel ko po ang pangit kong magperform." Sabi nya.

"Pangit? No its not. Actually you perform like a pro. I really liked the way you sing." Sabi ko.

"Ayaw ko po talaga kuya. I'm sorry."

She stand up and went inside but i stopped her.

"Please, we really need someone to perform at the resto, I've been searching whole day. I talked to everyone I knew. Heaven above must have given me the sign to go here and to hear you sing, how you sing with your soul. They want you to show your talent to others bata, you're an amazing singer. Please don't let anyone, even yourself stop you from doing what you love. So please? Take a chance?" I said.

Hindi sya makasalita. Natahimik sya. She was staring at me. Maybe she's processing the words i said on her mind. I hope she say yes. And I hope she'll take that chance.

"Kuya tanda?" She said.

"Yes?"

"Rock on." Sabi nya sabay ngiti.
