It's been about two weeks since that incident of Freddie punching Lee like he did, it has also been two weeks since I last saw him.

He's not been at college, no lingering around my car, no eye fucking from across the cafeteria, no prodding at my conscience, no feeling of him in anyway of being connected to me.

I'm scared.

Ever since my revelation of finally figuring out that I love him, I have decided that I am no longer going to deny that I don't feel anything for him.

If only he would show up somewhere- anywhere, just a feeling, just a tiny glimmer of hope that my stupid wishful thinking heart did not make him up to make up for the emptiness inside of me.

Laying on my back on my bed after an exhaustingly long day at college, all those buzzing mundane brains, images being thrown at me by the spirits at any given moment, constantly having to hold my guard up tight like a vice.

I can't stand the silence of empty space inside my head where Freddie used to almost always linger. My body is aching for him once again, every bone in my body is yearning for him, a pressure in my chest, in my hands and now flowing into my head is almost very nearly making me go mad.

I must find a way of finding him, I have tried many times now to reach out to him with our special connection but to no avail.

I want him.

I need him.

I'm going ravenous without him.

A few hours later I open my eyes to a slightly darkened room, confused and a little disoriented.

Shit, I fell asleep with my guard down.

My bedroom is dark, did I sleep for that long? No it must have only been a few hours, was I really that tired that I slept all evening?

Everything hits me at once.

Freddie.

Where is he?

Freddie.

He's everywhere, I see him everywhere I go but he's not real, he's not really here. I'm going mad, I don't know what's wrong and I don't know what to do or how to fix myself.

As I'm going almost mad, on my bedside table the phone rings and nearly kills me half to death.

I quickly scramble to pick it up.

"H-hello?"

From the other end, I hear a sigh.

"Finally I got a hold of you, it's Todd, where are you?"

I frown.

"Doctor?"

He makes a weird kind of noise.
