"Don't try to fool yourself into thinking you didn't feel anything, Leto."
"I don't have to fool myself as I don't feel anything for you."
"Don't lie, don't make me do something I might regret."

~Leto~
It has been three days since Clementine made her appearance in the middle of the living room, none of us have left the bunker, not even to go food shopping.
I am sitting on one of the benches in the kitchen nursing a glass of orange juice, as Tal and Jay sit opposite me having a conversation I'm not really giving my attention to.
"Leto?"
I jump as I hear my name being called, it sounds like it may have been called quite a few times but of course like I said, I'm not paying attention.
"Earth to Leto?"
I eventually look up to see the both of them staring at me with frowns on both of their faces, me not understanding what's going on.
"Did you not feel weird when that half skelotised woman thing appeared?"
I take a gulp of my orange juice.
"What kind of weird?"
Jay huffs.
"Like your skin was on fire just by seeing her."
I look over at Tal and frown.
"Did you feel that too?"
She avoids my eyes as she sees Enzo walking past, I watch her as for a few moments her face changes to look like she's either longing to be by his side or that she's in love with him.
Probably the latter.
I sigh as I shake my head while smiling to myself, diverting my attention back to my orange juice.
"Why are you acting like you are far away from us?"
I sigh as I look up.
"Who?"
Jay rolls his eyes at me.
"You, who else?"
I shake my head at his dumbfounded expression, I then down the rest of my juice and get up from the bench.
"Just got a lot on my mind, that's all."
I don't check to look at what their faces look like as I turn away from them and walk out of the kitchen. I take my time to walk through the bunker, looking at all the life that was not here before when I first came here.
I sigh as I make my way up the ladder that heads above ground, as I am placing the lid back down, a scent catches me off guard and I am left standing sniffing the air like a fucking golden retriever.
Noticing for the first time that there is a victoran looking bandstand down a windy looking pathway that overlooks the lake, the sun is going down as the feeling of calm takes over me.
My feet move me without my mental consent and before I know it I am standing inside of the bandstand, gazing out over the river, my eyes captivated by the beauty of the lowering sun.
