"Tell me something I don't know about you."

Jungkook shrugged at her query. "It's hard to answer that on the fly," he said. He chewed on his bottom lip as he thought, looking around at the bright lights of the carousel they rode on.

"Ok, then what do you want to major in?" She asked.

"Kinesiology."

"Didn't expect that. I thought you would have wanted to go into the tech field like your dad."

"Nah. I know how to do some of what he does but it's not what I want to do."

"What do you want to do?"

"Work with athletes. Be a trainer or a physical therapist. Help them condition their bodies to run faster, hit harder, or rehabilitate an injury."

The ride came to a stop and they got off and then back in line to ride it a third time. The attendant laughed when Jungkook handed over another set of tickets, aware that Hyun-Ji was pregnant and couldn't do much else. They sat in the same equine themed sleigh seat as before, and he put his arm around her.

"Your turn," he said. "Tell me something about you."

"Um... I thought about becoming a veterinarian. I volunteered at an animal shelter last year. Other than the occasional weird smell it was fun. There was this old cat named Buddy there who was the permanent resident of the shelter. No one adopted him because he has a mean face, but he's so sweet! He would hop onto the desk and sit next to you and purr for hours. I think he was fifteen years old? He was starting to go blind but he would still let anyone pet him, even kids."

Jungkook smiled softly while watching her light up as she talked. She became very expressive and almost child like when talking about something she was passionate about.

"We would get some animals that had been abused. They would be so scared and injured and sometimes aggressive. But sometimes just cutting away all of the mats in their fur and giving them a good bath would show them that they were finally in good hands again. It's like they knew we were there to help them. And it made me feel good to help them."

Her face suddenly saddened. "I don't think I'll be able to do that anymore, though."

Jungkook frowned. "Why not?"

"Because I'm..." she motioned towards her abdomen. "I mean, Blueberry will be here by the time the fall semester starts. I won't have time for school. I'll have to take care of her."

"You're still going to college, Hyun-Ji," he said sternly.

"How? Do you know how much attention an infant needs?"

"I have an idea..." he frowned.

"Then how are we both supposed to take classes then? Someone has to care for her."

"Did you really just tell me about your dream and then give up on it a minute later?"

Hyun-Ji fell silent and looked away. "It's different for you. You still get to do everything you have planned. But once she's here my priorities have to change. You get to keep being Jungkook. I don't have that luxury. I have to become a mother."
