"What are you going to miss about the pregnancy?"

Jungkook thought about her question as he helped her down to sit in front of him in the giant bathtub in their resort suite. She relaxed her back into his front, and he brought his hands around her middle, gently caressing her belly under the warm water.

"I'll miss... how happy you look when you eat. Before you were pregnant you looked just like anyone else, but now you look so excited about food."

"I'm starting to feel like I should be offended," she smiled. "Are you calling me a pig?"

"Of course not! I think it's cute, actually," he chuckled. "And how you walk now is cute too. You're like a cute little penguin."

She laughed at his observation. She was determined to not be that pregnant person that waddled when they walked, but once she got big enough she understood why they did. Until now, she thought it was an act pregnant women put on for sympathy.

It wasn't.

"What about you?" He asked. "What will you miss?"

"I'll miss feeling her kicks, even though they hurt sometimes. And I'll miss you doing things like what you're doing now."

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"The way you're holding me with your hands on my belly. I love when you do that," she smiled.

"I won't stop holding you, Princess. Don't worry about that," he said, kissing her neck.

She hummed in satisfaction, bringing her hand up to caress his cheek.

"I'll miss everyone being so nice to me," she said. "They see this belly and they think I'm made of glass and they hold doors and carry things for me and give me things for free. Being not pregnant was boring," she giggled.

He chuckled. It was true. When they were out together, people even treated him better than usual because he was with his pregnant...

Girlfriend.

Her ring made its presence known in his mind.

Jungkook swallowed hard and held her closer, resting his head against hers.

"I'm going to miss us having her all to ourselves," she said, then scrunched up her nose. "That sounds selfish."

"No, it doesn't. I know what you mean."

"Everyone is going to want to hold her and be lovey, and that's great, but I kind of like that it's just us that share her right now."

"I'm going to miss having you all to myself," He admitted.

"Me?" She asked softly.

"You."

She turned her head and smiled up at him, and he watched the apples of her cheeks take on a shade of pink.

"I'm not going anywhere," she murmured.

"I hope you never want to," he said.

His heart began drumming in his chest at the memory of their time apart. He suddenly wanted her, needed her to be closer. Their lips brushed gently at first. He left feather-light kisses on her lips, while his thumb traced down the outline of her jaw.
