Taehyung was sitting in his car, simply minding his own business as he scrolled through Amazon in search of a new harness for Yeontan when he jumped in fright as someone knocked on his car window.

He looked up with wide eyes to see Yoongi standing beside his car, waving at him. He shouldn't be surprised, really, he had arranged to meet him at the dog park after all.

He'd finished classes around midday, and now that spring was in full swing and the evenings were much brighter for much longer, so he thought he'd occupy his free time by setting up the dog date he'd promised Yoongi way back in winter when he'd just received yeontan.

After assuring himself that he wasn't about to get murdered and it was just the (relatively) harmless Min Yoongi, he clambered out of the car to greet his friend as he ever so gently scooped yeontan out of the backseat.

Yoongi had holly at his feet, sitting patiently as he waited for Yoongi to take him on a walk through the dog park.

"Wow!" Taehyung cooed in a very over the top manner as he set yeontan on the ground. "Look tannie! It's your first time meeting another dog!"

Yeontan was not as calm as holly, though, and as soon as Taehyung had set the puppy on the ground he could barely stand still as Taehyung clipped the leash onto his Louis Vuitton collar.

"Hello holly!" Taehyung cooed after Yeontan was safely on his leash. "It's nice to meet you! You're very handsome~"

"Yeontan is so tiny!" Yoongi laughed. "He's like a teddy!"

"He's still only a baby~" Taehyung cooed as he straightened up so that he was level with Yoongi.

"I can already tell that he's the most spoiled dog on the planet." Yoongi grinned as he leaned down to pet Yeontan.

"How do you know?" Taehyung giggled.

"Well the collar is one thing, but the fact that he has his own fleece covered car seat is another." Yoongi pointed out with a snort.

"Well my baby has to be comfy in the car!" Taehyung explained. "I'm not going to let him roam around the car- and imagine if we got in an accident, at least he's safe in the car seat."

"I don't have a car, so I don't have that issue." Yoongi said. "But if I did have a car I would probably have never thought to buy a baby seat for my dog."

"I just want the best for my baby!" Taehyung said defensively.

"Alright, alright. Should we get going then?" Yoongi asked lightheartedly, deciding to surrender to Taehyung rather than commenting any further on yeontan's lavish life.

"Sure." Taehyung agreed, following Yoongi out of the car park.

A somewhat awkward silence enveloped them as they walked side by side. It wasn't surprising really, they didn't know a lot about each other so they didn't exactly have any common interests to talk about.

"So..." Taehyung asked after a while as he strolled alongside Yoongi. "What do you like to do- like, what do you enjoy?"

They walked side by side as their dogs scampered around them on their leashes.

"Well.. I'm honestly not that interesting." Yoongi shrugged. "I like music- but I'm pretty sure 90 percent of planet earth likes music. I guess I like playing video games and sleeping too, and playing with holly. The stuff I don't really like is socialising or exercising.. or moving at all."
