The Imprisoned Hero

Chapter 49

"What should we name our child?" I asked Overhaul when we were eating breakfast. Eri was with Aizawa again today and the two of us were enjoying the quiet time we had left.

"Depends on the gender," Overhaul said.

"Alright, then do you have any names for a boy and a girl?"

He thought for a moment, "I like the name Aiko."

"Aiko," I said.

He nodded his head, "Yes. It can work for both a girl and a boy."

I nodded my head, "Since I got nothing, might as well go with that."

"How have you been feeling lately?" Overhaul asked.

"I feel like shit," I said.

"You certainly don't look like it," he smirked at me.

I gave him a small smile and finished up eating. He helped me clean up the dishes and got the apartment all cleaned out. We were going to have a small get together with the others and tell them the news. They haven't heard much from us after the wedding. And today was my eighteen week check up. Overhaul and I walked over to the doctor's office. They took me in right away and was out there within thirty minutes. Once we were finished, we headed back to the apartment to get everything ready. A few minutes passed and Eri opened the door and Mr. Aizawa was right behind her.

"Hi, mommy! Hi, daddy!" she said as she walked over to us.

"Hi, Eri," I said and picked her up. Mr. Aizawa walked over to us and waved.

"Is there a reason you're having all of us come over?" he asked.

"You'll find out," I said to him.

"Oh, I see. You're going to keep us waiting," he smirked at me.

Momo, Todoroki, Deku, Endeavor, and All Might came a few minutes after Aizawa. 

"I know there hasn't been a lot of crime going on recently, but I believe its because of you, Overhaul," Deku said.

"Me?" Overhaul asked.

"Yeah. All of the villains have seen your quirk. Even the League of Villains are scared now," Todoroki said.

"They're all intimidated by how strong your quirk is," Momo said.

He looked down at his hand, "They're all intimidated by me?"

Deku nodded his head, "Since you were dubbed the number one hero, crime rate has basically stopped. It's been nearly three months since there was any spike in crime."

"It has all decreased since you took over the number one," Endeavor said.

"It seems we've got a good group of heroes," All Might said.

"Daddy's going to be the best hero there is!" Eri said and smiled at Overhaul. He took her from my arms and held her. 

For the entire afternoon, we talked about everything that was going on, not only with the villains, but the other heroes. Kirishima and Bakugo were thicker than thieves and were heading to Tokyo for the big shots. Iida and Uraraka were in Camino and doing the best they can as they work alongside the police officers. Tokoyami was apparently working together with Hawks. Even though Hawks has been on the down low for quite sometime. Tysu is starting to make a name for herself with where she is in Japan. As things were winding down, I think everyone was curious as to why they were here.

"Y/N, why did you invite us all here?" Momo asked.

"We just can't all hang out?" I asked.

"There has to be some reason," Todoroki said.

I nodded my head, "You got me. Yes, there is a reason. Eri, would you like to do the honors?"

Eri nodded her head and ran into her room. She came out with a large black balloon. All of them were a bit confused. She walked over to Overhaul and held it out to him. He poked it with his fingertip and the entire balloon exploded. There was blue glitter everywhere as it popped open. Endeavor, All Might, and Aizawa caught on pretty quickly. Momo understood and so did Deku. Todoroki took a bit longer to understand.

"I don't get it," Todoroki said.

"They're having a baby!" the rest of them yelled.

Eri, Overhaul, and I started to laugh once realization overcame Todoroki. 

"No way! Are you serious?" Todoroki asked.

I nodded my head, "We're having a boy!"

"We just went to the doctor's today to find out the gender," Overhaul said.

"What is his name going to be?" Momo asked.

"Aiko," I said.

"You got Eri and Aiko. Are you excited, Eri?" Deku asked her.

She had a big smile on her face and nodded, "I get to have a baby brother!"

"If only your father could see you now," All Might said and wiped a tear from his face.

"He would be very proud of you, Y/N," Endeavor said.

I smiled at both of them, "I already know he is."

"Do you think he will have your quirks?" Deku asked.

"We did not even think about that," Overhaul said.

"What do you think it will be? A combination of destroying light and matter? And reassembling light and matter? That would be an awfully powerful quirk," Deku said.

"It would be, but I think we would be able to help him when the time comes," I said. 

They all headed out when it got late. Eri had fallen asleep on Overhaul's lap and he had to go put her in her room. He helped me clean up everything.

"How are you feeling?" he asked from behind me.

"Tired."

"We should head to bed," he said and put his hands on the sides of my stomach.

"Are you still afraid to put your hands around my waist?"

"Just a bit."

I intertwined my hands with his and wrapped them around my stomach. I rested his hands on them.

"Like I said, as long as you're touching me, you're not going to hurt the baby."

He nodded his head. We walked over to our room and got changed. I laid down on the bed and he turned off the lights. He got into bed and lifted up my shirt a bit. He scooted down and kissed my stomach.

"Goodnight, Aiko." He pulled my shirt back down and he came up towards me. He kissed my forehead and wrapped his arm around my waist. "Goodnight, Y/N. I love you."

"Goodnight, Chisaki. I love you, too."
