I fell to my knees as I watched the team of paramedics and other first responders carry them off into the ambulance. I looked at the destruction I had caused. There were broken houses, giant holes in the roads, debris littered every corner, and there was blood splattered everywhere that someone could mistake the walls of every house to be painted in red. I hung my head low and stared at the ground. Everything played out in my head. To the moment I stepped foot on the street to now witnessing this.

"Chisaki!"

My head jolted upwards and I watched as the paramedics took Y/N and strapped her to a gurney. I forced myself to stand up and I ran towards her.

"Y/N!" I yelled.

"Chisaki!"

But before I could reach her, the ambulance drove off. I covered my face as dirt flew towards me. I coughed and brushed the dirt off, causing small hives to appear on my arm. I sighed and walked over to the destroyed areas. I reassembled them quickly and headed back to the apartment. I knew this was a dangerous mission from the beginning. I just wish I could have done better than what I did. I walked towards the apartment and unlocked the door. I opened up the door to see All Might with Eri. Eri looked up at me and had a big smile on her face. I put on a facade and walked over to Eri. I knelt onto the ground and had my arms open. She ran into them and I gave her a hug.

"Hi, daddy," she said.

"Hi, Eri," I said and smiled at her. It hurt to smile after I witnessed what I had done. I picked her up and walked over towards All Might.

"Thank you for watching her on such short notice."

"It was no problem."

"Was she any trouble for you?"

"Not at all. You've got a fine daughter, Chisaki."

I nodded my head, "Thank you."

"I better be off. I have a class in about two hours."

"What do you say to All Might?"

"Thank you, Mr. All Might."

All Might smiled, "You're welcome, Eri."

"Goodbye, All Might," I said.

"Bye, Chisaki. See you, Eri," All Might said and walked out of the apartment.

I set Eri down and she looked up at me.

"Where's mommy?"

I looked at her as the memories replayed in my head about what happened. "Mommy is still doing hero work. She'll be back soon."

I made Eri dinner and she went to sleep after we watched cartoons for about an hour. I walked over to where the TV was and turned on the news.

"Things got deadly after a League of Villains attack against the heroes. This was an attack that could have been avoided, but sadly, it wasn't. Thankfully, the heroes got to the scene of the crime and did their best to fight off the League. Unfortunately, they had retreated about twenty minutes after the number one and two hero arrived. They did their best to fight them off, but it ended in some injuries. Some of the heroes there suffered head injuries as well as other physical injuries. Sunlight, the number two hero, suffered a minor concussion, multiple bruises, cuts and stab wounds, as well as a few broken bones. However, the number one hero, Overhaul, used his quirk to heal himself and reconstruct the area."

I turned off the news and walked over to the fridge. I opened it up and rummaged around in the back. I hid this from both Y/N and Eri because I knew if Y/N found out, she would kill me. I grabbed a flask and opened it up. I pulled down my surgical mask and took a swig from it. I sighed and wiped my lips. I closed the doors of the fridge and turned off the lights.
