"Roman!" People ran over to them shoving Virgil slightly only for Roman to grab his hand so they didn't get separated.

"Hey! Wasn't expecting the welcome home." Roman laughed as the crowd only seemed to grow. "You guys sure are excited to see me."

Virgil's eyes darted around the crowd closing him in as Roman laughed and spoke with them all. This was too much. To many people. To many voices... Virgil struggled to keep breathing as he stumbled back only to bump into someone and whimper.

"Virgil?" Roman didn't miss the fear in the man's eyes as he curled up defensively beside the exgod. Virgil was shaking as he looked around desperately for an escape he couldn't see. Roman wouldn't allow that. "Guys, you all know how I love all of you... but I really must be..."

"Are you going to joining the theater this time, Ro?" The man growled a bit as he reached out and pulled Virgil in to help ground him. The wind was clearly irritated and worried over the obvious attack Virgil was having. "You didn't the last time."

"Guys?" Roman smiled brightly but everyone faltered seeing the immense distortion around him as his aura branched out. "My friend is not well. If you would allow us both to pass..."

"Uh, but... Ro?"

"NOW!" Roman snapped his eyes glowing a bright green causing everyone to reel back. It was only then that people started to notice the man in Roman's arms. "Let. Us. Pass." The people that noticed brought the other's attention to Virgil who at this point was crying much to Roman dislike. Their eyes went wide as they started to shuffle out of the way and Roman deflated in relief as he pulled Virgil in tighter whispering in his ear. "It's ok Virgil. I've got you. You're ok."

"T-To many p-people." Virgil tensed as Roman started to move them out of the crowd and he latched on to the man. "To many... To dangerous. To much..."

"It's ok. I'm going to get you somewhere quieter. Ok?" Virgil nodded as Roman rubbed his back. The people they left just watched with guilt in their eyes over having completely ignored the man Roman was trying to help. That's who Roman was after all.

He wasn't famous in a sense of saying an actor. Sure he joined in sometimes playing the parts of a prince or hero. But after everything with Shakespeare... acting just didn't give him the same joy it did before. No... He wasn't an actor. He was a Knight. A demi in their eyes. The Mainlands real-life hero. He protected and helped people all over and in turn, they protected him from the federation. The federation is an organization that hunts and eliminates Demi's from either the divine or the occult. They can't touch Roman and that pisses them off. Everywhere, Roman goes he makes a name for himself as a protector. Which is why the moment people saw he was with someone they all gave him his room. It was just a matter of them seeing Virgil first.

Roman brought Virgil to this small park and sat the man on the bench before kneeling down in front of him only to freeze seeing Virgil's blue eyes glowing. Virgil wasted no time throwing his bag down as he struggled just to open it. He never got the chance. Someone stole the bag right out of his hands shocking the both of them. Roman because only a moron who didn't know who he was would attempt such stupidity... and Virgil because well... they just took his flounder.

"Don't worry, Virgil." Roman shot the broken man a smile as he jumped up and narrowed his eyes. "I'll get it back." Roman ran off as Virgil slowly got to his feet. The wind whipped around the boy whose eyes shined so bright they were practically flashlights.

"Which way?" The wind rumbled and Virgil tilted his head, his blank expression showing just how broken he was the moment he lost his back. "Got it."

Roman ran through the streets jumping over boxes, onto banisters, and using the buildings to get himself farther faster. He could sense the man just ahead of him, however... he could also feel something else.
