"Favorite nickname?" Virgil laughed as the two of them walked through town. Virgil held his black umbrella closely with one hand as the other hed Roman's tightly. The other god didn't seem to mind any. In fact, anytime Virgil loosened his grip as if letting go Roman would tighten his. "What? I want to know. Can you just answer the question?"

"My favorite nickname? Princey, you should know the answer already." Virgil grinned as he squeezed the other's hand. "It's stormcloud."

"Any... other ones?" Virgil frowned in confusion as Roman just sighed. "I'm just... every answer you've given me as all been about me in some way. I mean... You said that Stormcloud was a name that I gave you."

"Roman, I can't help that. I can only remember so much." Roman froze up causing both of them to stop. "Ro..."

"Something doesn't add up, Luc, and I'm getting concerned." Virgil tensed seeing the light grey fill his love's eyes. "You only seem to things with me."

"Well, that's not entirely true. I remember my fathers." Roman frowned as Virgil shrugged. "I remember..." Virgil's eyes darkened as he tried to work through everything. "I uh..." Roman's frown only grew as Virgil seemed to daze out. "Sorry. I'm trying to think of something that doesn't in some way involve you but... I can't. Other than my fathers there really isn't anything. Huh..."

"That... that doesn't help." Virgil smiled sadly as he shook his head. "Luc..."

"If you remembered, you would understand..."

"Then help me to remember. Stormy, please..." Virgil frowned as Roman's voice broke. "Tell me what I've forgotten."

"The last time I tried, you said you didn't like me." Roman crashed eyes turning black as Virgil looked away. "Roman, I want to... god do I want to. You don't understand... 150 years I've been just waiting. I'm scared. I don't know what to do. I don't know the right path to take. If I just come out and say it and you... you push away... I'll break. And I know that if you did that and you remember somehow someway... you'd break too."

"I'm breaking now!" Virgil jumped as Roman flinched at his own voice. "Please... Stormcloud... I have to know."

"No. You don't. Not right now..." Virgil's eyes went wide as Roman gripped his arm tightly.

"You are literally the ONLY person who's touch I can feel. Other than Alex... You're the only one who makes me feel so god damn protective. I literally can't stop... fuck." Roman forced himself to let go making him shiver at the denied contact and he sighed. "I'm sorry. I'm just confused. My heart is telling me theres more to this but I just don't remember it and... I'm worried."

"About?" Roman smiled softly as he gently brushed back Virgil's hair making the younger suck in a breath.

"About you... what else?"

"Our boy?" Roman's eyes shot wide as Virgil giggled softly. "You did say you were protective of him too. I'm glad. I was hoping you would care for him. Alex is our boy after all."

"Our..." Virgil rolled his eyes playfully as he pulled away only to laugh as Roman desperately grabbed his hand making him stumble abit as Virgil dragged him off. "Luc?"

"Come on, Princey!" Virgil laughed happily as he ran through the shaded plains till he brought them to this clearing. Roman's froze as Virgil let go and just spun through the area with this bright smile.

"Luc?" Virgil smiled as he let his umbrella fall making Roman freak out over the sun. "Lucifer!" Virgil just rolled his eyes as he popped his hood and glanced up. Already he could see the sky darkening as storm clouds filled the sky making Roman freeze up in confusion. "What..."

"I made friends, Ro. Trust me... after that scene with you in the garden... Zeus wasn't about to let that shit happen again." Roman's eyes went wide as Virgil held his hand out smiling. "That is... if he didn't want Hades up his ass bitching about me."

"Luc..."

"Stop, Roman." Roman frowned as Virgil's smile turned sad. "I want to tell you... I just don't know how. So please... for now, just drop it." Virgil made grabby hands with his outstretched one catching the other god's attention as he pleaded with his eyes. "Please, Princey."

"You are far too adorable." Roman jumped as Virgil just smirked. "No. Uh. Wait... um... sorry." Roman chuckled softly as his eyes turned pink. "I really don't know what the hell is going on with me. I just..."

"It's ok, Roman." Virgil smirked knowingly as Roman carefully made his way over to him. The elder god just looked at Virgil's hand before shaking his head and plopping down onto the grass with a laugh. "Ro?" Virgil frowned as he sat down beside him noticing the shiver that ran through the other. "You can't do that, you know?"

"Can't do what?"

"Deny contact." Roman tensed as Virgil held his hand out once more. "You need it. It's ok."

"I don't need it. I'm fine. Plus, I have something at home that'll help me."

"Just because you have Flounder doesn't mean you make yourself sick denying me, Roman." Roman's eyes snapped over once again seeing Virgil hold his hand out for him. "I understand. It's ok." Roman frowned as he gently let his fingers brush over Virgil's. He held back the gasp as he carefully took Virgil's hand in his and just laid down in the grass.

"Why do I feel your touch?" Virgil smiled as he laid down beside him. The two stared into each other's eyes as Roman's flash pink before fading to black. "Why is it that you help... but no one else does?"

"That's what I'm hoping you'll remember, Roman." Virgil sighed as Roman carefully nuzzled himself into the other. "I just don't know how to spur those memories for you."

"You feel familiar." Virgil melted as Roman cuddled up into him. "Like... I've been in your arms before."

"You have." Virgil wrapped his arms around him loosely as he let out a soft breath. "We were rarely never holding each other in some way. You would always get sick so fast without me. I... I never liked seeing that."

"We're we... were we together?" Virgil tensed up bad making Roman frown and look up at him only to crash seeing the tears in Virgil's eyes. "Luci?"

"I uh... I..." Virgil quickly wiped his tears as he just leaned into him and closed his eyes. "Ask me later. Right now I just want to relax with you... please?"
