Delaney

I sat in my chair looking at my phone as the time ticked.

"Why hasn't he called yet?" I looked up at Veronica who looked uncomfortable.

"I don't know, but I'm not feeling too hot." she grumbled.

"That's what you said yesterday morning." I sighed.

"I threw up yesterday and felt better throughout the day though." Veronica groaned.

I sighed and turned my phone back on the home screen.

"Where is he?" I muttered laying my head on the counter watching it turn to six twenty in the morning.

"He probably went to bed." Veronica tried to offer me an excuse.

"I'll call him." I unlocked my phone and before I know it Veronica's running to the bathroom stopping my plans in calling him.

"Wait." something was clicking suddenly.

"What?" she groaned.

"Veronica have you even considered the possibility that your- this is a crazy thought."

"What?" Veronica looked up at me waiting for the response.

"When was your last period?" I looked at her.

"I-" she stopped and thought. "It can't be." she grabbed her phone and went to an app.

"I'm late." she whispered.

"Wait just to make sure, let's go get a pregnancy test."

"Laney what if I'm pregnant? If I am then I'll be just like my mom." she had tears forming. "I don't cry! What's wrong with me."

"I'll go get a pregnancy test ok, stay here. I love you and I'll be right back. Your not your mom ok, you have man that is so in love with you and who wants what's best for you. Your not your mom now I'll be right back just give me five minutes."

"Ok." she grumbled crying again.

I walked out of my bathroom and went straight the the keys on the counter grabbing my sunglasses so I can cover up the trouble on my face.

I opened the door halfway open the door and stop when I saw someone standing right in front of me.

My eye looked up and saw Axel and his smile faded once he truly saw my face.

"Stormi." he whispered gently placing his hands on my face. "Stormi what the fuck happened. Who did this to you."

"Delaney!" Veronica came out in tears.

"Hold on just one second Axel." I whispered still in complete shock that he was back.

"What's wrong?"

"What if Elias doesn't like a fat girl?"

"What the hell is going on?" Axel then asked.

"Veronica might be pregnant."

"What the fuck?" Elias was then at the door.

Hell was breaking loose.

"Oh my gosh! He's gonna leave me." she cried even more.

"Axel come with me to the store, Elias calm her down. I'll be back." I grabbed his hand and walked out as I struggled to put the glasses on my face.

We were halfway down the hallway when Axel pulled me back and took off the glasses on my face.

"What happened?" he asked this time more concern in his voice.
