Sorry Not Sorry

Ranz's POV

"Clash of the Bands 2019 will start in mid-October. It's your choice if you'll gonna start practicing now."

We're starting the morning with a meeting with the dean.

"Mid-October? Akala ko November?" Aleck asked. By the look of us four, it's just me and Aleck who's sitting calmly in front of the dean.

"They'll start early because they expect a lot more contestants now than the last one."

Only the two of us are maybe listening, but he's the one who's answering and asking.

"No other questions?" Dean asks but no one answered. "Nakapili naman na kayo ng bagong miyembro. You said she's the best. Kumpleto na kayo. So, wala ng problema. Maybe for now, practice once in a while. Open the studio whenever you want."

And I don't know why?

I can't let it out of my mind.

Eh, ano naman ngayon if he's their gardener.

Medyo hindi kapani-paniwala na maging gardener siya. Magka-edad lang 'ata kami.

Is he a working student?

He can afford to go here in BH just by being a gardener?

Well, I'm not underestimating his job, it's just that, how much does Mr. Kaizer being paid, for him to afford to study here?

And I don't if he can afford the five-hundred-thousand-peso tuition fee.

Isn't that supposed to be a bodyguard's job?
