The Glee Club was known to the whole school as the band of losers and this meant that every member had to be prepared for a slushie facial every time they walked down the halls to class. I felt sorry for my friends who had been humiliated but there was nothing I could do; the football players wouldn't listen to me.

When the club had first started, I was embarrassed because everyone knew that I was related to their coach and I was worried that they would judge me but no one had really made a big deal about our relations. Not even Coach Sylvester had mentioned the relation, despite the fact that she openly hated my Dad.

I thought that after the Glee Club had been around for a few weeks, the slushies would stop but they didn't and they kept getting worse; it didn't help that more secrets were being revealed which added fuel to the fire. Now, the whole school knew that Quinn was pregnant, including Coach Sylvester but she hadn't made any decisions about what she was going to do with the information.

Quinn was convinced that she would be able to stay on the squad, she told me her entire action plan as she would remain a Cheerio but not compete at competitions. She even believed that she would be able to cover her baby bump with the stretchy material of the uniform but I didn't really think that it would work. I was worried that when Coach made her decision, Quinn wouldn't be happy with it and wouldn't know what to do instead of cheerleading.

She still had the Glee Club and I knew that Dad would do all he could to help her because he had once been in the same situation as she was in. But she was vulnerable and without the Cheerio's uniform, I knew that she would be different, I just hoped that she would get through this.

I hadn't been aware how bad things were until Finn and Quinn came to me for advice about being popular, apparently being head cheerleader and captain of the football team wasn't enough to save them from being slushied. It was flattering that they'd come to me for help, but I didn't think I was that popular; definitely not more popular than them.

"Do you have any ideas?" Quinn pushed me again, desperate for some help.

I shrugged. "You are the most popular couple in the school, why would you need help from me?"

"You've helped us both with the whole baby thing, you know? We were hoping that you'd have some advice about this, seeing as you're quite popular too."

"All I do is fit in; I don't even make eye contact with the football players. I hadn't even talked to one until I talked to you."

Finn sighed. "Please, Liv, we're desperate and I really don't want to be slushied."

"I can't be slushied, if Coach Sylvester sees me being humiliated then I'll definitely get kicked off the Cheerio's and I can't lose this position."

I shut my locker and looked at both of them, they were really worried about the whole popularity situation and I wasn't a miracle worker so I didn't really have any advice for them apart from the obvious, ask someone else.
