I had never thought I could laugh as much as I did when I saw a video of Blaine twerking. He had been in his own musical world, wearing a pair of noise-cancelling headphones when Tina had caught him twerking in the choir room and had filmed it. Now she had proof of his awful twerking abilities and we were crowded around the phone in the choir room, laughing at his dancing.

The laughter was something that I had missed in the Glee Club, after having a rough time so far and we needed something to project our focus on. It seemed like Blaine's take on twerking was the perfect way to feel better because it was bringing us all together and making us laugh. It was the perfect remedy to the funk that we'd all been in for the past few weeks. Something that we had been stuck in since the end of Prom, which now felt like an eternity ago.

"Blaine, this is nothing to be embarrassed about." Dad tried to console him as we paused the video and put it away.

"Yes, it is." Blaine frowned, sitting on the other side of the choir room because he didn't want to hear our jokes. "That's a twerk fail gawker nightmare."

"No, this is a revelation."

Artie seemed to know what my Dad was talking about even if the rest of us didn't. "If this is turning into what I think it's turning into, then I just want to say, it's physically impossible for me to twerk."

"I beg to differ." Kitty muttered under her breath, but we all heard her and shouted back how disgusted we were by her comment and how none of us needed to know what happened between her and Artie behind closed doors.

"We didn't need to know that." I groaned, trying to cover my ears in protest.

"What, so we all have to listen to you and Sam constantly flirting with each other but I make one comment and it's the end of the world?"

I painted a hurt expression on my face, staring at my new friend. "We don't flirt constantly."

"You do!" The other members of the Glee Club stepped in and I was shocked because I didn't realise that they had been listening to mine and Kitty's conversation.

"But it's okay because you two are cute together." Tina whispered, patting my shoulder in a way to comfort me but it didn't work because now I was just embarrassed.

"Look at how riveted you are by that video. That's the kind of reaction we need from the judges if we're going to one-up Throat Explosion at Nationals." Dad explained as he wrote 'twerk' on the white board. "Show the judges that we're not afraid to rebel."

"Mr Schue, what if some of us don't know how to twerk?" Marley asked, raising her hand.

I couldn't believe that we were actually having a twerk week in Glee Club. Out of all of the outrageous lessons that we had ever had in this room, this was the weirdest and was going to be the most memorable. Due to Marley highlighting the fact that a lot of us didn't really know how to twerk, Dad moved the lesson to the auditorium so that we could have a proper lesson in how to twerk. Taught by the professionals, Jake and Kitty.
