A day like any other, Oliver and Sara found themselves heading to walk home after their tutoring session in the school's pre-set room. Over the last bunch of months, the two had grown increasingly closer, and tutoring became easier on both of them since they had been getting along easier. It was early May, and the school year was going to be over in only a month and a half. Oliver had no idea what would happen with their friendship as Sara graduated seeing that she hadn't discussed her college plans with him, and it scared the boy because they had come so far, and he didn't want to give it all up just yet.

As they exited the school, the sun was in the midst of making it's slow descent through the sky, not yet setting, but preparing to. They were both shocked to see a few clouds in the sky, which in itself wasn't that odd, but what surprised them was the fact that there was snow falling from them. It looked as if it had been coming down for a little while, seeing as there appeared to be a few inches on the ground.

Yeah, it had been really cold for late April into May over the last few weeks, but the last thing either had been expecting was to find snow lightly covering the ground. Though Oliver had shown no immediate reaction, Sara, on the other hand, was ecstatic upon the sight of the small flakes and ran out into the snow, spinning around with her nose in the air.

"Oliver, come here and make a snowman with me!!!" the girl exclaimed excitedly, already staring to form the bottom ball for the snowman she had proposed.

Though Oliver may not have seemed the type, he actually loved the snow, and was still simply in shock at the fact that it was snowing in May at all, let alone this much. However, that wasn't what was keeping him from going out at that exact second. Rather, the fact that he found himself standing in that same spot for a few more seconds, admiring the girl as the snowflakes oh-so-gently fell perfectly placed on top of her hat and in her slightly messy hair, making her appear even more charming as her smile beamed through.

She looked back over at the boy, and when he realized she had seen him, his eyes widened in embarrassment as she looked at him confused, but still smiling, "Oliver? Do you not like snow or something?"

"No, no, I love snow actually, just um.... Zoned out for a minute," he replied before making his way over to her to begin helping create another big snowball for the snowman, and looking around to find things for the face and arms once he finished and Sara was working on the head.

Within only a minute or two, he had managed to find two good sticks and three stones for arms and buttons so far. While he continued his search, Sara began working on the structure, smoothing the bottom snowball to the ground so it would stay upright after they finished. Once she made sure it was stable, she went over to the second snowball that Oliver had made. It was the perfect size for the torso of the snowman, but not so much for her.

As she leaned down to try to pick it up, she got her hands under and attempted to lift it off the ground, only to fall back with a loud "OOF" as she hit the ground.

Upon hearing her Oliver had whirled around to see what had happened, and when he saw her laying on the ground, he paced over and put down the sticks and pebbles, offering her a hand, "you okay? What happened"

She began to stand up, Oliver pulling some of her weight, "I'm fine, the snowball you made is just really heavy, so when I tried to pick it up I failed," she chuckled without a care in the world as she had some trouble getting her footing.

Noticing she was having some trouble, he grabbed her other hand and tried to give one big tug to help her up, but in the process, slipped on some of the icier snow under his feet, sending him tumbling to the ground, Sara coming down with him since she had been holding his hands. The slip had been a pretty hard impact and knocked the wind out of him, leaving him feeling like he had a massive weight on his chest, making it hard to breathe. Only when he heard a groan come from the other girl, he opened his eyes and looked up to find there was in fact a weight on his chest, only that it was the weight of another person.
