"HEY, BABE," Y/n yawned, leaning against her husband. His muscles flexed as he sat up, yawning himself as he glanced over his shoulder. Her face was pressed up against his shirtless back, her arms wrapped around his torso. "What is it, Kitty?" His morning voice was rougher than his usual voice, one that made her heart beat just a little faster.

She pouted at his words, "What made you think something was wrong?"

Shinso chuckled, turning to look at her. "You usually use that tone when you want something." Y/n huffed, kissing the spot between his shoulder blades as her grip tightened. He didn't mind; it'd be a great excuse for him to stay in bed until he had to actually get up. He'd taken a week off of work for 'personal reasons'. Meaning, he didn't feel like going to work for a week.

She hummed against his skin, warmth radiating from her hands. That was Y/n's quirk; she could create warmth from her hands. It wasn't a very useful quirk unless it was winter, which it luckily was. "So, the kids really want IHOP," The female started, a groan already leaving her husband's lips. "Y/n, we're snowed in. We can not get Hina and Daichi IHOP."

Y/n smiled playfully at his words, peeking over his arm as his heart swelled at her expression. No matter how late the night was or how early the day was, he'd always find her beautiful. "I know, I know," She hummed, pressing her lips to his cheek. "Which is why I suggest this; remember that video we watched of that couple setting up a fake restaurant for their kids?"

He gasped almost immediately, almost knocking his wife back into their headboard as he turned to her. "We are not doing that." Who knew how much effort and energy it took? The precision of preparing a mini restaurant from a demanding six-year-old and four-year-old? That was a death wish. It was hard enough to keep them entertained all day.

"Please," She whined, crawling up to latch onto him like earlier. Her head turned, hearing the pitter-patter of little footsteps. As if timed, the door swung open, revealing an excited Hina and a bumbling Daichi. Hina had all of her mother's features and an energetic personality; Daichi was the exact opposite, with purple hair, e/c eyes, and a timid personality.

The six-year-old ran up to the two as Y/n swung her legs over her end of the bed, her feet hitting the carpet as she strode towards the door. "Mama, Papa, can we go to IHOP today?" Hina said excitedly, her eyes flitting back and forth between her mother and father. Y/n sighed, glancing at Shinsō before kissing the crown of her daughter's head.

"Maybe another day, sweetheart."

Hina started whining, stomping. "But you've been saying that for the past week!" Again, Y/n's pleading eyes landed on Shinsō and the male caved in. He slowly dragged himself out of bed, watching their cat ironically named Neko pad around in the hallway, meowing for attention beside their other cat also ironically named Katze (cat in German).

Katze purred, swatting at Neko as the two started rolling around. As they went through their routine, Hina only grew more impatient. Daichi was pretty eager too, but was more controllable. The two watched their morning cartoons while Y/n started the coffee machine, heading into the bathroom to brush her teeth alongside her husband who'd returned from feeding the cats.

"So, we're going through with this?" Her mouth was muffled by her toothbrush, her eyes having a teasing glimmer as she glanced at Shinsō. He muttered, spitting out the toothpaste in his mouth before rinsing his brush underneath the sink. "I can back out just as easily, Kitten," The girl huffed, not saying anymore about it as they went through the rest of their routine.
