All I am is a man
I want the world in my hands
I hate the beach
But I stand in California with my toes in the sand

Kyōka stared at the pictures on her phone, swiping through the gallery filled with graduation photos. It'd only been a year or so since they graduated, but the memories and sounds of it still rung in her mind. It was one of the happiest days of her life, after all; besides the day that she got married to her wife. That day, with her wife in her arms, she felt like she held the world in her hands.

Use the sleeves of my sweater
Let's have an adventure
Head in the clouds but my gravity's centered
Touch my neck and I'll touch yours
You in those little high waisted shorts, oh

Jirō watched as her wife stretched her arms up, pulling the curtains to the side to reveal the cloudy skies outside. Enough sunlight streamed in from outside to make up for the unlit bedside lamps and any other off lights in the bedroom. She sat up, rubbing her eyes tiredly as she watched Y/n fix her shorts, turning to smile brightly at her.

"Morning to you too, Night Owl," She teased, her heartbeat picking up.

She knows what I think about
And what I think about
One love, two mouths
One love, one house
No shirt, no blouse
Just us, you find out
Nothing that wouldn't wanna tell you about, no

They curled up on the couch, Jirō swiping through her phone as her wife leaned against her. Kyōka's right hand skimmed against the skin between Y/n's shorts and the end of her t-shirt, driving it up slowly before pulling it back down; almost like the hypnotizing push and pull of ocean waves, only wanting to make Y/n drown in her touch more.

As if sensing what she wanted, Y/n moved herself up more before craning her neck to the side and leaving a kiss on Kyōka's jaw. The girl immediately turned her head, their lips meeting as the innocent moment evolved into something further, not-so-innocent kisses driving Kyōka up the wall as their shirts met the floor followed among other things.

'Cause it's too cold for you here
And now, so let me hold
Both your hands in the holes of my sweater

Jirō woke up to a cup of coffee on the counter, picking it up and walking outside to find her wife by the cliffside. She had one of Kyōka's sweaters on, holes showing its wear over the years. Y/n calmly sipped her coffee, watching the stormy clouds and the crashing waves below her. One misstep and she could lose her life in an instant.

"That sweater has holes, it'll barely keep you warm," Kyōka said quietly, announcing her presence although Y/n noticed it a while ago. She sipped her drink from her curvy yellow mug, smiling at her wife afterward. "I know, but it's yours, so I'm much warmer than you think." Jirō pinked, shaking her head at her wife's antics before caving in to stand next to her.

And if I may just take your breath away
I don't mind if there's not much to say
Sometimes the silence guides a mind
To move to a place so far away

Jirō texted Denki, replying to his constant 'check-ins'. Despite the newlyweds clearly being on their honeymoon and needing a break from society, the yellow-haired fool was still determined to check in with his best friend every few days. "Y/n," She started, setting her phone aside as her wife hummed at her question, flipping another page of her book.

"Do you think we moved too far?" She questioned. It was something she had constantly thought of while they were planning their honeymoon. Was the location too far? What if no one could contact her? She was a pro-hero after all, it was one of her priorities to be available. "Kyōka," Y/n replied, sitting up to set her book aside and cup her wife's cheeks with a loving smile.
