HE HEARD A SCOFF, turning around to face his wife. She looked at him, amused as she raised a brow at his studious expression. "I thought you said they were annoying," Y/n said, a small smirk playing at her lips as she stared at her husband. He grew confused for a moment before realizing what she was talking about, glancing at the Dynamight doll in his hand.
In front of him was a row full of pro-hero merchandise: all of the kids that he had taught and raised over the years now successfully released merch. "Is this why you were insistent on going out today?" Y/n said, still amused. It'd been two years since the kids had officially graduated Yuuei and now they were all in their late teens and early twenties.
Eri, who was now eleven, glimpsed at her mother before looking at her father. "Does that mean Daddy will buy me Lemillion dolls?" She asked innocently, red eyes filled with childish wishes. Y/n giggled, tilting her head down to stare at her daughter who seemed to have never grown out of her love for the pro-hero.
The h/c haired girl shrugged, "I don't know, will he?"
Y/n raised a brow at her now thirty-five-year-old husband, the man letting out a heavy sigh. "We'll see, kiddo," He chided softly, running a hand through her hair briefly. She smiled at the ticklish sensation, glancing at Y/n after. The h/c haired woman smiled with a tilt of her head, "That means yes, Eri."
Eri nodded excitedly at that, starting to hop around the shop. "Daddy's getting me a Lemillion doll!" She cheered happily. Y/n rested a hand on her hip, glancing at the little girl with an adoring look in her eyes. Aizawa softly scoffed, "And you act like I'm the one that spoils her the most."
Y/n glanced at him, dramatically rolling her eyes afterward. Her lips pressed against his cheek after, "I'm not saying I don't, but I don't act like I'm not a softie." The lady pointed out smoothly. He quirked his brow at her and a heavy sigh left his lips. Y/n laughed, knowing that she had won the argument fair and square.
"Now, why did you drag us to the store?" Y/n cocked a brow at her husband, crossing her arms. Aizawa's obsidian eyes bore into her e/c ones. He looked around briefly for his daughter or for any other onlookers before swiftly placing a hand on his wife's waist, pecking her forehead. "Don't ask dumb questions," He mumbled instead, a hint of pink on his cheeks.
Y/n's own face was flushed as she stared at her husband. "S-So, you admit it's because of the merch release?" She peeked at the sale sign and the bold word 'NEW' that was written onto it. It was clear that he was here to support his students, but he was too hard-headed to admit it. "I didn't say anything."
"But you implied—"
"—nor have I implied—"
"—you're just being a little shi— oh hi, my love!"
Y/n quickly stopped herself, feeling Eri tug at the hem of her sleeve. "Mama, can we go home now? I'm hungry." She frowned. The h/c haired girl glanced at her husband and could tell, for once, he wanted to stick around in the outside world just a bit more. "How about this? You can go get something at that Starbucks over there, alright? Here's some money."
Eri looked a little nervous, but Y/n reassured her with a small grin. "You're a big girl, Eri. Take your time in choosing, your father and I will be over soon." The white-haired girl seemed satisfied with the advice, quickly nodding. She took rapid steps out of the shop, going into the small cafe near the store.
"Thank you."
"Ahah, so you admit you want to buy your student's merch!"
"I haven't admitted anything—"
"—yOU LITTLE—"
