"NO," The girl whined, burying herself further into her bundle of blankets. Her head popped out just for a bit, her bangs a mess as they curled around her face and stuck out randomly in front of her forehead. "Absolutely not." Denki sighed, a small whine leaving his lips. He still had one hand intertwined with hers, the only thing keeping them together.

"But baby," He said softly, making her squirm.

Even then, he failed to get a verbal response. "You've hibernated a lot in there, Y/n. C'mon, I heard the stars are pretty tonight." She squirmed some more at his words, seemingly looking for the hole in the blanket again as her face popped out once more. "Are they really?" His girlfriend's voice was quiet as he chuckled softly. "I'm sure."

Her face disappeared again, the smile on Kaminari's face never leaving. She wriggled under the blankets like a worm, slowly getting out of it. Her worm-like form represented a snail instead as he watched her pull the blanket onto her back like a shell. "Okay, let's go," Y/n said quietly, her hair still sticking out in weird directions.

It took all of him not to laugh at her as he bit his bottom lip, reaching his hands up to fix some of her bangs. "Now, let's go." He teased her, reaching for her hand. Her hand was soft against his, making him slightly flustered as he led her out of the dorm room and downstairs. Nobody paid them much attention, aside from the casual wave from Yaomomo and Tsuyu.

Y/n had waved back, her hand slinking back under the pastel f/c blanket. "You know how I said the stars were pretty?" Denki said as they approached the door, slowly swinging it open as she followed after him. A small hum left her lips as he laughed sheepishly. "I may have lied." As she turned to look up at the sky, a pout shaped her lips.

It wasn't even dark enough for the stars to glitter above yet. Instead, the sky was slowly turning a pinkish-purple, but nowhere near the inky blackness that she loved. "You liar!" Y/n wrenched her hand out of his grasp, or attempted to at least. She tried to make a mad dash at the door, but he swung his hands around her hips and pulled her back.

Her legs kicked wildly in the air as she yelped and shouted colorful words.

Passersby gave them weird looks as he smiled apologetically at the standards.

After a few minutes, Y/n gave up as her legs dropped towards the ground. Kaminari let out a sigh of relief, slowly setting his girlfriend down. "Why'd you lie? I look terrible anyway, Denki." She frowned, blowing a piece of hair out of her eyes. His eyes narrowed, "Mhm, that's what you say. To me, you're still the opposite of," He paused, thinking of a good word.

Y/n stared at him curiously, expecting a good comparison.

"Pennywise. You're the opposite of Pennywise."

"Geez, that's romantic," She said sarcastically, brows furrowed.

He kissed her swiftly, winking after. "I know, marry me."

Despite his joking tone, Y/n flushed and rolled her eyes in an annoyed manner. "Maybe I will." She averted her eyes from Kaminari, seeing him turn his head to face her from the corner of her eye. "Wait, are you serious?" He said, nearly tripping over his words as he spilled out his question, eyes big with wonder.

"Maybe, maybe not."

"Baby, now isn't the time for your tricks!" He grabbed her shoulders, shaking her lightly as she blinked wildly at his actions. He stopped shaking her after a while, his warm gaze boring into hers. "I am," Y/n had a quiet voice as she replied, watching as his lips turned into a big grin. He kissed her quickly before letting go of her.

"What are you doing?" Y/n said, watching her boyfriend's muscles tense as he looked expectantly in one direction. Without another word, he moved away from her and sprinted into the distance. "Kaminari Denki, you absolute clown; get your ass back here!" She yelled, ignoring the onlookers who chuckled at the sight of them.

He turned his head, yelling over his shoulder.

"Be right back, babe! I have a ring to buy!"
