Chapter 22~ What do we do now?

They ran to Royal's room and saw Royal on the floor.

"That's not possible.." said Bloodrose.

"I put her in the safe room and never took her out..." Bloodrose said confused.

I reached down and shook royal and she slowly woke up.

"Huh? What's going on?" asked Royal confused.

"We don't know.." said Nightmare.

"Cmon let's go check the cameras ..." said Killswitch.

We helped Royal up and went to a room and there were a lot of monitors showing around the outside part of the house and some rooms in the house. They scrolled through the cameras and checked all of the rooms...

"Hm..." said Nightmare.

"Let's watch footage of earlier," said Bloodrose.

Nightmare nodded and she rewinds it and we watched. On the outside cameras, we see Bloodrose going inside and then on the inside cameras we see her going up to her room then after five minutes she comes out but she stops and says something.

"Is there audio?" I asked.

"Oh yea shit," said Nightmare.

She turned it up.

"Jas? Alina? Veron-" she starts to say but then she hit the floor.

The cameras went black.

"The hell?" said Nightmare.

She started to type a code but nothing was working.

"Shit.." she says.

I thought about it and wondered maybe it was someone that wants them dead and was planning to do something so I asked.

"Do you guys have any enemies?" I asked.

They gave me a look.

"Obviously," said Nightmare.

"We have a lot of enemies believe me," said Killswitch with a shrug.

"Hm if they wanted to kill us they would've done it by now," says Bloodrose.

"What if they wanted to kill all of us at the same time.." said Royal.

They thought about it but shrugged.

"What should we do?" asked Royal.

"We obviously can't stay here," said Nightmare.

"Hm let me make a phone call," said Killswitch.

She pulled out her phone and made a call..a few minutes later a bunch of people came and scope out the house as we waited outside. After another few minutes, a lady came out.

"Alright, we found a gas called sleeping gas which is what knocked you out, and right now Agent iPhone is trying to see what hacked your cameras," said the lady.

"We also found items broken such as a cabinet, vase, and a weird-looking box," the lady says as she read off the list.

"Hey I tried...making a box is hard..." said Bloodrose.

We all gave her a look and she shrugged.

"Anyway we checked for any more damages or gas but the house is clear so you can go back inside".

"Thanks," said Killswitch.

"No problem," the lady says as she walked away.

We were about to walk in until two cars pulled up the doors opened and it was Ivan and Alex along with my dad.

"What happened!?" Both said in a panic.

"Someone broke in and knocked me and Nadia out with sleeping gas," said Bloodrose.

Ivan sighed and my dad went over to me.

"Are you okay?" He asks worriedly.

"I'mfine dad I wasn't even here when it happened".

"Okay good," he says as he relaxed.

"What are you guys planning to do?" asked Ivan.

They looked at each other and wondered the same thing.

"We'll go to a hotel or another house since we don't know if it's safe to stay here," said Killswitch.

Ivan and my dad nodded as the others talked. Alex went over to me.

"Hey Veronica are your okay?" they say worriedly.

I nod.

"I wasn't there so I'm fine," I said with a shrug.

They nod and hugged me.

"Hey V go pack your things and get your stuff for school," said Nightmare.

I groaned I still had to go to school tomorrow but I obeyed anyway.

"Here I'll come with you," said Killswitch.

I nod and we went inside. I went up to my room and packed some things but I got a shiver up my spine...I turned but no one was there...I swear if something pops up I'm done I said to myself. I shook my head and finished packing the others came upstairs and got their things.

"Wait," said Bloodrose.

"What is it Ash?" asked Nightmare.

"What about the dogs??" said Bloodrose.

They facepalmed themselves.

"Uhh we cant take all of them with us!! are five small pups dumbass," said royal.

"There are five small pups dumbass," said Royal.

Nightmare was pissed.

"Don't even start" said Killswitch.

They rolled their eyes.

"Hm I have an idea," said Killswitch.

We all looked at each other.
