Chapter 61~...Im fine really..

I finally fell asleep as the sun rose only to be awakened two hours later by Agnes jumping on me.

"Bestie wake up I smell pancakes!!!" said Agnes excitedly.

I slowly got up and yawned.

"Damn what happened to you," said Inez.

"You look like you hadn't got any sleep," said Naya worriedly.

"Nah I just look like this in the morning," I said tiredly.

They laughed and Agnes grabbed my hand then pulled me out of bed and dragged me downstairs as we passed by the kitchen I saw Abby cooking.

"Good morning girls," said Abby.

"Good morning-" they stopped and looked at Abby.

"Who are you?" asked Naya.

"Oh I'm Abby I'm friends with the others".

"Nice to meet you I'm Naya," said Naya.

"Inez" Inez said shaking Abby's hand.

"I'm Agnes," she said with a smile.

Abby smiled at them and gave them pancakes but I didn't have much of an appetite.

"You okay V?" asked Inez.

I looked at her and nodded.

"I'm fine".

They looked at me and I know they didn't believe me but then Abby called for me.

"Hey Veronica I need help with something can you come here".

"I'll be right back," I said as I stood up and walked towards the hallway but then I looked back.

"You better not eat my pancakes, Inez," I said with a grin.

She laughs as I rolled my eyes. I walked down the hallway but then Abby grabbed me and pulled me into a room and shut the door.

"Is everything okay?" I said curiously.

She looks at me and sighs.

"I didn't know if I should tell you since what happened yesterday but you should know".

I looked at her as she sighed.

"When me and Alina were at the hospital we were getting tired so we decided to sleep but when I woke up she was gone which is why I was home when that happened last night because I thought she gone home.." she pauses.

"I've been calling her and leaving messages but she isn't answering.." she says quietly.

"Was her bike there when you left the hospital".

She shook her head.

"Let's go find her then.." I said as I was about to walk out.

"What about your friends?" Abby said curiously.

"They're leaving soon".

"How soon?".

"Around twelve," I said looking at the clock.

"Veronica it's only nine in the morning look I'll get a head start and then you'll join me okay," she says firmly.

I looked at the ground.

"It's okay we'll find her".

She pats my head and leaves. I sighed and went back to the kitchen as the others were still eating.

"What's wrong V?" asked Naya worriedly.

"Hm oh um nothing," I said.

They looked at me worriedly. I sighed.

"Who wants to go swimming," I said changing the subject.

They got excited and went to change. After changing we went to the backyard.

"Wow the pool is so big!" said Agnes excitedly as she jumped in.

I laughed but then I looked at the patch of grass that was removed..where grant got shot as I looked I felt a hand go on my shoulder.

"V do you want to talk..you seem depressed the past week.." said Naya gently.

As much as I wanted to tell her what's going I can't. It would put her in danger. I sighed and turned to look at her. I may not be able to tell her some things but I guess I could tell her this.

"Jasmine is in a coma and..and I couldn't get it out of my mind.." I said quietly.

She looks at me.

"Oh, Veronica why didn't you tell us," she said worriedly.

"I don't know.." I felt tears running down my face.

Naya hugged me tightly.

"Yo, what's going o-" Inez paused as she looked at me.

Then she walked over to us and hugged us then Agnes jumped on us.

"I know what will cheer you up," said Inez.

"What?".

She gave me a grin and already knew what she was gonna say.

"No!" I said as I ran.

"GET BACK HERE," she said as she chased after me.

I was faster than her so she couldn't catch me.

"GUYS HELP ME!" Inez yelled.

They tried to corner me but I was able to push all of them into the pool.

"HEY NO FAIR," said Inez.

"You aren't quick enough," I said with a smirk.

"Oh yeah bet" I heard Naya say.

I turned as she smirked and she pushed me into the pull but I took her down with me.

"Hey no fair!" said Naya.

We laughed until we heard something woods.
