Chapter 28~ Avoid him at all costs...

I walked over to where Avery and Grant are and sat down.

"What are doing Grant?" I asked pissed.

He looks at me and rolls his eyes.

"I'm just talking to him damn".

I looked at Avery and he looked at me.

"Class is gonna start soon you should go," I said annoyed.

Grant scoffs and walks away.

"What did he say?" I said to Avery.

He looks at me then mumbled something.

"I can't hear you".

He sighs.

"He asked...me out," he says as he hid behind his hair.

"Wait what?????" I said confused.

He nods. He was about to say something but Mrs. Rosenburg walked in.

"Alright class today we're having a pop quiz there will be about twenty questions each has two questions," she says with a smile.

Everyone groaned and she passed out our quizzes...after a while of sitting there confused I just guessed and gave up at this point. I sighed and turned it in then Avery did the same. We sat down as the others were still doing their quiz. I sighed and grabbed Avery's hand then walked out of the class since Mrs. Rosenburg was asleep at her desk.

"Let me get this straight he asked you out...".

He nods.

"Did you say yes?".

"I didn't say anything..that's when you came in.." he says quietly.

I looked at him as he shook his head.

"What if this is a trap...what if he knows it was you and is just using me..." said Avery shaking.

I looked around then I hugged him.

"Look for now we avoid Grant at all cost," I said firmly.

Avery nods.

"Cmon let's go back in..".

We go back into class as Mrs. Rosemburg wakes up.

"Alright how many of you still need time?".

No one raised their hand.

"Alright time to-".

The bell rings.

"What?? How long was I asleep??" she said as she looked at the clock.

We leave class and I walked Avery to his class then waited till the last second to leave. I ran fast to study hall since I had a minute left but I made it and the bell rang. I sighed and sat down I grabbed the stuff I needed to do and finished it. I started to have a headache and I decided to sleep on my desk.

In her dream...

"Hi wanna be friends!!" a voice said.

*Gasp*

"What are you doing with her!!! Cmon get out of there before she gets you dirty!!" A lady said.

"But..I wanna be her friend...".

"No now cmon!!".

Bell rings

I woke and gasped my head started to throb.

"What the hell was that..." I said to myself.

I shook my head and got out of my seat then went into the hallway..still thinking of that dream..but then I heard something in the distance.

"VERONICAAAAAA".

Then Agnes jumped on me.

"Hey bestie," she says with a smile.

I laughed.

"Carry me," she says with a giggle.

"Agnes!! Get down!!" said Inez.

"NO!!" Agnes said as she sticks her tongue out.

Naya came up next to me and tried to pull Agnes off but nothing was working.

"Agnes you need to get off or your gonna be late for the bus," I said to her.

"Oh oops we forgot to tell you our parents are picking us up so we aren't on the bus today," said Naya.

"Oh cool".

We walked out and went to the parking lot when I saw Axel he didn't come up to me he just walked away. I don't get it why is he ignoring me? I sighed.

"What's wrong V?" asked Naya.

"It's nothing," I said with a shrug.

Then Bloodrose and Killswitch pulled up to us but Bloodrose was going fast.

"THIS IS WHY I DONT LET YOU DRIVE!" Said Killswitch angrily.

"Oh, cmon I'm not that bad!" said Bloodrose with a shrug.

They got out of the car and walked up to us.

"Ooo Veronicas friends!!" said Bloodrose excitedly.

"Hm.." said Killswitch plainly.

Agnes got up and hugged Killswitch which Killswitch flinched then I looked at Bloodrose who was gesturing me to get Agnes off her so I pulled her off Killswitch.

"Hello I'm Agnes and this is my sister Inez," said Agnes as she pulls Inez towards her.

"Hey," said Inez cooly.

"And this is Naya," I said as I pointed towards Naya.

"Hello," Naya says with a smile.

"Nice to meet you!" says Bloodrose with a big smile.

Agnes hugged Bloodrose and she hugged her back.

"Anyway I'm Ashley," says Bloodrose with a smile.

Bloodrose looks at Killswitch.

"I'm Alina.." says Killswitch coldly.

They smiled at her then Naya stood in front of them.

"So are you her mothers?" asked Naya.

They nod.

"Where's the other two?" asked Inez.

"They are at home attacking each other," said Killswitch.

Naya look at us and gave us a grin. Killswitch arched her eyebrow.

"Not like that..." she says as she shakes her head.

Naya laughs. Then I feel arms go around me.

"V we should hang out sometime!!" said Agnes.

"What about this weekend?" said Inez.

"Oooh we could go to the mall!" said Naya.

"Uh, I don't I'll ask," I said as I looked towards the others.

But they looked worried?
