Since Vada was the last person back in the living room she had to sit on the floor, not that she was complaining, she was sat in front of Maeve, who was on the couch, and she was playing with her hair.

"Hey, Vay" Mads smiled at her, she was sat on the floor next to Jaden, who was leaning against the other couch.

"Hey," she smiled back, Vada hadn't spoke to Mads much but they did get on. Well, as much as Vada could whilst keeping the secret that she was basically sleeping with Mads' ex boyfriend.

"Put on an action,"Dixie suggested.

"What, so now you want an action?" Griffin teased raising an eyebrow.

"Yep, completely original idea" she smirked, his jaw dropped jokingly.

"Wow Dixie," Vada spoke up, staring at Griffin, "what an amazing, original, idea" he laughed in return.

"I wanna watch a horror" Avani threw her head back and into Anthonys shoulder.

"Yeah, that sounds good" Vada nodded, she loved horror.

"Sure it does..."Avani said under her breath, gaining a few side eyes from confused people in the group. Avani must have thought Vada was mocking her, it was probably her own fault she wasn't always smart with the tone if her voice.

"No, Vadas right, horror seems good" Mads added, scooting closer to Jaden and inching her hand closer to his. Vada narrowed her eyes and furrowed her eyebrows, obviously she had no right to be angry at Mads: she had no clue. But still she felt a fire in her chest.

Jaden moved his hand away in a way that looked normal, not wanting to make a scene, Vadas harsh glare softened as she met his eyes. Of course he was smirking.

"Okay so horror, which one?" Anthony asked, sensing the atmosphere.

"Saw?" Griffin suggested and everyone agreed.

Vada was looking at her hands, fiddling with the ring on her finger, until she felt a kick on her foot.

She looked up to see Jadens foot inches away from her own, her eyes travelled to his and he furrowed his eye brows in concern, as if to ask if she was okay.

Vada smiled and nodded, he smiled back lightly before turning back to Mads who was talking to him, not that he was listening much, just enough not to seem rude.

"Wait, we need snacks" Nessa said, jumping off the couch, Josh following her. Vada saw her chance and jumped at it, standing quickly and taking their place. Apparently Jaden had the same idea as he sprung up too, resulting in Vada accidentally landing in his lap.

Her eyes widened in surprise as his hands gripped her waist, pushing her down lightly, just enough to feel him, before pushing her off lightly and setting her next to him, because Bryce and Violet were on the three seater with them Vada was basically sat on his lap anyways.

"Great minds think a like," he joked, staring into her eyes intensely, Vada heard a light scoff from the floor, her eyes met Mads' who looked a mixture of sad and angry.

"Hey!" Nessa exclaimed, walking back into the room with a pout, "they were our seats" Josh walked in and nodded.

"On your feet," Jaden started.

"Loose your seat" Vada finished laughing, leaning into his side to make herself more comfortable, not that he cared.

"Boo you whore," Josh joked, flipping his non-existent ling hair over his shoulder making everyone laugh.

"Guess I'll sit with my wife" Nessa smiled, sitting next to Mads and taking her hand.

"I've been replaced" Josh shook his head lightly, sitting on the other side of Nessa and looking down.

"Just play the movie already!" Maeve sighed, pointing to the screen.

"Fine call your tits" Josh sighed back, pressing play.

"Speaking of tits..." Jaden whispered in her ear quietly, making her stifle a laugh.

"What?" She asked, acting clueless.

"You should put a hoodie on" he suggested, looking around the room, thats when she realised what he was being protective of her in a room full of boys.

"Or I could get my bra back..." she suggested but he only laughed quietly.

"Nah," he shook his head, "here" he leaned forward, taking off his own hoodie and pushing it into her lap.

"Jaden, no" she shook her head pushing it back towards him. She wanted to take it, she was actually quite cold, but she was cautious of what the others would infer.

"It's just a hoodie,Vada" he pointed out. He was right, it was just a hoodie, they couldn't reveal their whole 'relationship' just from a hoodie.

"Fine," she sighed, pulling the hoodie over her head and down her body. It was huge, engulfed her entire body and made her look small. Jaden smiled looking down at her, she was basically buried in it.

"You're cute," he whispered, making sure to get close to her ear, he send chills down her spine. She bit her lip as he kissed behind her ear lightly, making sure no one saw.

He leaned back, his arm going over the sofa behind her, she leaned into his shoulder lightly. His hoodie smelt just like him, obviously, and it invaded her nostrils.

She loved it.

The movie was only twenty minutes in, but there was already a lot of gore. Vada could stand jump scares and horror but gore made her feel uneasy, so thankfully Jaden didn't mind much when she buried her head into his chest multiple times.

Vada looked around the room, mostly trying to avoid the television, only to make eye contact with Anthony; who of course was smirking straight at her.

I usually have a chapter in advance but haven't for the past few which is why they took so long but now I do again so hopefully they won't take so long :)
