Vada

It was safe to say that Vada wasn't happy about being woken up this early on a Wednesday morning.

Avani had stormed into the apartment, jumping onto Vadas bed repeatedly to wake the girl up at 8am, and it wasn't only Vada she woke up. She had made the mistake of waking up Violet in the process, who near enough took the small girls head off with the pillow she threw at her, all the while Maeve stood to the side laughing.

"What Avani?" Vada groaned into her pillow, pushing it into her face, hugging the pink turtle teddy that Jaden had given her closer to her chest.

"We're going out" she replied simply.

"Why!" She complained, finally looking at the girl.

"Because! It's Wednesday and i'm bored"

"Then bother Anthony" Vada told her.

"He's busy!"

"So am I!" She argued, rolling over again and closing her eyes.

"You're just sleeping though?"

"Exactly, busy" she told her.

"Vada..." she drug out the 'a', "please!"

Vada pushed herself up onto her elbows, turning around to sit up, looking to Avani with a bored expression.

"Okay..."

"Yay!" She smiled brightly, jumping up, "Mae, Vi, do you guys want to come?" She offered, spinning to look at them.

"Nah, i'm meeting up with Bryce"Violet told them yawning, rolling her eyes when she received teases from her friends.

"Maeve?" Vada asked, looking at her.

"I'm going to work, but if you're still out later I might meet you guys" Avani nodded, smiling more before leaving the room to talk with Maeve until Vada was ready.

"Vada, I know you and Vani are besties now or whatever..." Violet spoke up, scaring Vada slightly on what she could say, "but if she ever, and I mean ever, wakes me up this early ever again I swear to fucking God"

"So, what are we doing?" Vada asked, tiredness still lacing her voice as the two walked down the street together.

"I don't know" Avani shrugged, "we could get food" she suggested.

"It's 10am"

"Breakfast?" Vada nodded, following Avani to a cafe she claimed was good, regretting her choice of spaghetti string top when the wind started to pick up.

"Do you do pancakes?" Vada asked the older women behind the counter, smiling when she nodded, "can I have them please, with fruit and an apple juice"

"Of course, and for you?" She turned to Avani.

"The same please, with fresh orange" the women smiled whilst nodding, telling the two to take a seat.

The cafe was quite small, but had a lot packed in. There was fairy lights hanging from the ceiling with a kind if rustic feel, dark stained would and white flowers on the table, it was nice.
