Vada

"So..." Avani pushed as Vada sat next to her, raising her eyebrows worriedly, "how did it go?"

"Well they didn't kill each other so it couldn't have been that bad" Anthony pointed out laughing.

"And we didn't hear the bed banging against the wall so it couldn't have gone amazing" Josh stated.

He raising his hands, asking a quick, high pitched 'what?' when he received two looks of disapproval, along with a stifled laugh and a not so hidden laugh; from who you can probably figure out on your own.

"Who's idea was in to let Josh know?" Avani whispered, a bit too loudly, receiving a joking glare from Josh.

"Well, things didn't really go well" Vada started, noticing the smirk on Jadens face as he played along with her.

"Yeah, we made a pretty big decision, actually" He continued, Vada saw Avanis face drop from the corner of her eyes, then felt her arm wrap around her shoulder in comfort.

"Mmhmm" Vada greed nodding, "I mean its a big thing to get into a relationship and we thought-"

"Wait what!" Avani cut her off, Anthony and Josh had also caught on but had only sat up in shock.

"what?"

"'Relationship'?" She asked, her eyes widened.

"Yep" Vada tried to hide her smile and Avani jumped on her, squeezing her tightly as they hugged.

"I'm so happy for you guys!" She squealed, leaning back so she could talk, basically straddling Vada at this point.

All the while Josh and Anthony had stood up to talk to Jaden, shaking his shoulder in congratulation.

"Hey, Gregg, that's my girlfriend, watch it" Jaden smirked, earning a laugh from the boys, but Vada was too busy thinking about his words.

'My girlfriend'.

She was Jaden Hosslers girlfriend!

Vada had to bite back the urge to scream in excitement. The past few months had all been leading up to this moment, one full of happiness and friendship. This one moment in time was worth all the hurt leading up to it.

And then Vada knew, this would be her perfects Polaroid picture slipped into the boarder of the mirror. She'd write the date underneath in thick black sharpie with a quickly drawn heart next to it, probably so crudely done that she'd criticise herself everytime she looked at it, which would be a lot, but she'd put up with it, because the good memory was enough to ignore the heart.

"You're girlfriend..." she spoke lowly, walking closer to him, raising her arms to rest lightly around his neck.

"That's you, Babygirl"

Vada couldn't stop the smile rising to her lips, it'd been too long since she'd heard that nickname, and it had definitely been too long since she's kiss the Greek God looking boy in front of her.

"Yeah...that's me" she smiled one more time before leaning in, catching his lips in hers lightly, teasing him.

"Is this what its like knowing?" She heard Josh ask, the question probably thrown towards Avani and Anthony, she assumed they'd nodded before he started talking again, "i'd rather not know"
