Hey guys! Happy new year! I hope it was great! I'm sorry this one took forever. I've just been so busy. But I've already written nearly half of Chapter 4 so that will be out soon. 170 views on this story! Thank you guys so much! That makes me so happy! Y'all are amazing! I love y'all! Here's Chapter 3! Hope you guys like it! Btw it's super long so... BEWARE!!!Jacob's P.O.V.
I felt like I was drowning in my own blood as my nose cried in pain. Then he hit my jaw, making me yelp in pain and my vision went blurry but I could see all eyes turn to me. The boy grabbed me by my hair and threw me on the ground. I felt a striking pain in my ribs, and I realized he kicked me.
"Oh, god, Jacob!" A voice screamed down the hallway. I recognized it as Drew. "Jake!"
"Oh my god!" A girl gasped.
I opened my eyes a crack when I heard a thud and saw the boy who hurt me on the floor. He pulled Drew to the ground and a hand dragged me away.
"Whoa whoa whoa! What's going on here?" An important sounding voice boomed. The boy tried to get on his feet and Drew stood up. The girl helped me up. "All of you, against the lockers facing me. Charles! Be a witness. The rest of you, go to lunch," he ordered.
All of the kids that weren't involved backed away to what I'm guessing was the cafeteria. Drew, the boy I'm assuming was Charles, the bully, the girl, and I stood with our backs against the lockers.
"What happened?" the man wearing the suit, the principal, asked as he paced, his hands folded behind his back.
"Mr. Johnson, I was going to my locker and Drew, Jacob, and Madison were hovering around me, threatening to hurt me!" The boy lied.
"Oh shut up, Cole! That would never happen in a million years! Are you really that shallow that you have to make up a lie like that?" the girl, probably named Madison, asked. I loved how honest she was, and her humor is quite satisfying.
"Shut your face, Madison! Your sister may stand up against bullying, but that doesn't mean you do, too! Little does she know her little sister bullies me at school!" the mean kid smirked.
"I do not bully! Don't bring D-" the girl started but Drew cut her off.
"Both of you! Shut up! If you want the real story, then ask Jake, assuming Cole didn't break his jaw."
The hallway was silent except for the faint falling footsteps in the distance from a teacher. My face heated, know I had to be honest, and being honest could possibly injure me more considering what had happened when I did nothing. Now he would actually have a reason.
I pressed my head against the cold lockers as I felt the boy's glares at me. With a sigh I spoke up, "I didn't do anything. He beat me up for no reason, sir."
The boy most likely named Charles that was called to be a witness said, "He's right. I saw the whole thing. Cole did it for no reason."
The principal took a pink notepad from his pocket along with a pen and scribbled on it, then giving it to Cole.
"Suspension? Are you serious? And an after school detention? This isn't fair! They're lying!" Cole yelled.
His face was red and his fists were clenched, obviously furious. I couldn't help but smirk a little, but I quickly wiped it off my face when Mr. Johnson looked at me. I felt Cole's eyes on me as well and the air grew thick, tension floating between us.
"Stop it, Jake! I hate you!" Cole spit. He was on the verge of tears but his eyes were cold, threatening to rip me into pieces in a short second if Mr. Johnson turned away.
