Let's not get episodic, okay?

"Oh...Don't tell me..." The government agent pinched the bridge of his nose in frustration.

"I'm affraid I have no choice but to tell you, Agent Fowler." Optimus insisted. "We do not want to cause distrust between us and your leaders. That would be very unwise of us to do."

Bill had to sit down before he falls over. "You're killing me over here, Prime!"

Suddenly a green light passed over the man briefly before retreating. "Nonsense...according to this scan you're perfectly fine." Ratchet said.

Fowler facepalmed himself. "It's a figure of speech..." He groaned. "Unbelievable...I've been gone for what? A week?!"

Ratchet and Optimus exchanged gazes before the medic answered.

"Give or take a sub-cycle or two, yes." Ratchet said.

"Why in the name of George Washington's dentures, did you bots NOT tell me about all this earlier?!"

"Believe me, Agent Fowler...I have a full record of how many times we've tried to get some sort of Comlink connection with you, only to come across an answering machine." Ratchet pulled up a whole call log list as proof, as well as a recording of the Voice message he got from the answering machine:

"You've reached Special Agent William Fowler. I'm currently in a meeting and unavailable until further notice...please leave a message after the beep. *Beeeeeeeeeeep*"

"And you know how much I hate talking to machines." The medic concluded.

"Believe me, if I could be in two places at once, I would. But I'm here now, so we might as well get this over with..." The government agent said as he adjusted his position in the seat. "Just so long as it doesn't get episodic, okay, Prime?"

"Very well agent Fowler." Optimus agreed.

The teens spent the rest of the evening hanging out with their guardians, Nurse Darby having since joined them, while Ratchet and Optimus took the distraction as an opportunity to fill Agent Fowler in with the new developments, among other important discussions.

"So let me get this straight:

"#1: Kid gets alien blood spilled all over her and suddenly she's able to read Cybertronian, then sketches a spaceship she's never been on with inhuman accuracy down to the last detail.

#2: She makes another sketch, this time of the con medic's silhouette, confirming your suspicion of him being behind all this.

#3: Ratchet finds out that the energon's made itself right at home inside her body, just didn't dissolve into her system, like it would have IF she was a Cybertronian. You were going to take it out of her bloodstream, but the problem with that it is, you can't do it now without making her kick the bucket either."

#4: That same stuff that's giving her all these new super powers, is also what's making her act like a mental bridge between us and the cons...." Fowler started listing off the absurdities he's been hearing for past few hours now.

"Don't get her wrong, she is aware of it and actively tries to fight it back as best as she could. She keeps us updated about it as well, which is good." The medic added.

Ratchet revealed how Zucky told him how she was able to overpower Knockout in her dream. Stating that he's going to lose control of his own processor if he keeps at it. Even after she warned him to stay out of her head, Decepticons rarely ever listen to reason." Ratchet confirmed her suspision.

"So they're connected now..." Agent Fowler said.

"Agent Fowler, being a Decepticon is a choice, she has the willpower to resist making that decision." Prime said. "Even with Knockout controlling her mind, her heart cannot be changed so easily, unless she wants it to."
