The common room is dark, but neon lights illuminate everywhere.
The music is blasting so loud that the paintings on the walls are shaking.

The seventh years must have put a silencing spell to avoid getting caught. Not that anyone cares. According to Tori, our Head of House Professor Snape doesn't care what we do as long as no one dies on his watch.

We make our way across the room to the drinks and find Blaise bartending.
"Ladies! Care for a drink?" He asks as he's already getting them ready.

"Without me?" A voice comes up from behind us.

Both Tori and I turn to see Draco now standing behind us, as Blaise hands him a shot of fire whiskey.
Blaise hands us our shots and we all lift them up into the air, "Bottoms up!"
We all take down our shots and make disgusted noises at the same time.

A shrill voice starts to vibrate my eardrums. "Hi Drakeyyyyy!"

A girl, a little taller than me and not entirely unattractive runs up to Draco and clings to his arms like a koala bear.

I look over to Draco who's already trying to pry her off of his arm, "Hi Pansy."
She's still trying to hang onto him, as she turns her attention to the other three people who are experiencing this awkward conversation.

"Hi Blaise!"

"Tori."

She glares at me with squinted eyes, "Who are you?"

"Joy. Deveroux."

She huffed before returning her attention back to Draco.

"Drakeyyyy, come dance with me."
Before he could respond, she's managed to drag him to the other side of the room, as far away from us as possible.

"What was that all about?"

"Pansy Parkinson," Blaise replies as he pours us more drinks.
Tori leans over so that I can hear her over the roaring music, "Bit of a nut, that one."

I look across the room to see if I can see the two, but dozens of bodies block the way.

The night seemed never-ending. The alcohol slowly begins to take over and I begin to devour more and more drinks.

It's been so long since I've actually drank this much. I thought I'd be more drunk by now, but I would say that I'm allllllllmost there.

I end up dancing with some sixth year on one side of the room. His hips and mine in perfect sync as we grind to the beat of the music.
His fingers intertwined with mine as I hold his hands in place as he grips my hips, making sure I stay right where I am.
At the corner of my eye, I see a blonde boy looking in my direction but I can't exactly tell if he's looking at me or not. I brush it off and continue to dance.

A little while later, I escaped from the sixth year when he started to talk about his love of toads and I instantly became bored to the point I was starting to lose my buzz.
I grab my drink and make my way to sit on the stairs that lead to the dorms, as I feel like I could lose my balance at any second.

"Having fun?" Blaise joins me to people watch while all the students are either snogging, drinking, or dancing.

"Your bartending shift is over already? Or did they fire you?" I laugh and finish off my drink.

"Nah, some fourth year wanted to impress a girl so he charmed himself to put on a show." He nods in the direction of the bar.
Look over to see an overly confident boy doing some fancy tricks to make some drinks.

Everyone is shit-faced drunk at this point and a seventh year had the most horrible idea:

"Let's play truth or dare!"

They go around the room and each one says a truth or does a dare.

A few rounds go by until someone chose Blaise. Blaise chose truth.

"Who's the prettiest girl in Hogwarts?" They asked him.

Blaise laughs in disappointment, "That's too fucking easy. It's Joy."
I roll my eyes.

Blaise looks around the room for the next victim.

"Draco- truth or dare?"

"I'm not playing." He gives Blaise an irritated expression.

"Ah, come on mate. Don't be a slug." Blaise taunts him.

"Dare."

Blaise taps his finger on his chin, "7 minutes in heaven.. with Joy."

Lots of 'oooh's' surrounded us as Draco looks at me.

I hear Draco laugh, "Come on, Joy. Scared?"

We locked eyes and he struts towards me, before me offering his hand, "Shall we?"

I look down at his hand, before looking back up at him. He raises one eyebrow at me, expecting me to walk away from him.
I give him a smirk as my hand intertwines with his, and we make our way to the empty closet.

"I'll be back boys," he gives a wink to the Slytherin guys as they cheer him on and all the girls, except Tori, looks at me with jealousy.

We step inside and it's rather roomier in there than I thought. We turn back around, Blaise says something before closing the door and locking us in.

It's dark in here.. and I already need another shot.
