I haven't talked to Draco at all.
During all the meetings, I've avoided him. Well... actually he's avoided me.
Which makes absolute sense.I'm still fucking pissed at him.
He cheated on me. Me.
We were engaged.
We are engaged. We're still engaged... right?
-
Voldy called for another meeting today. I had nothing better to do, so I arrived at the Manor quite early.
I sat at the head of the table, waiting for the others to show. The log of them arrived at the same time... consisting of Yaxley, Dolohov and Greyback.
"Ah... if it isn't the Three Stooges." I fiddle with my wand as I lift my feet up onto the table and lean back in my chair. "Ballet practice ended early, boys?"
"Shut it, Joy." Yaxley spat back.
I threaten him, "Make me, Yaxley."
I stare at him, daring for him to accept my invitation. He drops his head as I smirk, "That's what I thought."Bellatrix arrives and quickly makes her way to sit near the head of the table. "Joy...any word from the Lord?"
I shake my head, "Since the last time you've asked me, Bellatrix... no." She nods and sulks back into her chair.Everyone else arrived momentarily... including the Dark Lord and the Malfoy's.
Even father showed. His face absolutely disgusted me.
I wish I could just kill him right then and there... but it would've been too fucking obvious if I killed him purely out of hate I should not have towards him.Draco's eyes immediately met mine as he walked into the room. I stared right back at him with no expression, unsure of what to feel at the moment. He sat with Narcissa and Lucius... who was mysteriously "freed" from Azkaban.
Voldemort was about to speak, when we were interrupted the the door hinge creaking open.
Snape was here.
I haven't seen him for a while. I couldn't stay at Cokeworth while I stayed by Voldy's side lately, but I've owled him once in a while, nonetheless.Voldemort sighs, "Ah, Severus... I was afraid you've begun to lost your way. Come... have a seat." He motions for Snape to take one of the open available seats, to which he obliged.
Voldy looks to Snape, "I trust you bring good news?" Snape nods, "It shall happen on Saturday. They will transfer the boy."
Harry's been in hiding since the death of Dumbledore. Without him, Harry's safety is not guaranteed.
I mean his entire life, his safety was not guaranteed... but when Dumbledore was alive, Harry has this impenetrable barrier around him.
Now that Dumbledore's dead... Harry has to survive by himself."Joy?" I turn to Voldemort, "Yes?"
"You shall take charge of the search. Inform me of any... obstacles that interfere with the goal." I smirk, "You got it, Voldy."The other Death Eaters giggled as I called him Voldy, which caused great rage to fill Voldemort. He made every person who giggled immediately stand in front of their chairs... that made them shut up quick.
"Did she say something... funny... that you found.... amusing?" Voldemort menacingly asks the men.
Because of course, the men are the dumbest people to laugh at the Dark Lord."No, my Lord." Dolohov was quick to reply.
I decided to twist the knife a bit, "Oh... then why were you laughing? Surely I said something that made you laugh at the Lord, am I wrong?" I smirk.Dolohov, Yaxley, Greyback and few others all stared at me, as I teased them just a bit more. "I think they deserved to be punished, my Lord." I stand up from my chair and lean against the table, "May I?"
Voldemort grins and motions for me to go on.
I've gotten more... brutal in my attitude. In my actions. I'm definitely more... cruel... in a way.
I guess staying with the Dark Lord is very influential.I walk over to the men, as they are ever so conveniently sitting together.
"Come, my sweets."They follow my demands and follow me back to the front of the table in front of Voldemort, who seemed proud of how far I've come.
They were all much, much taller than me, but they knew who their superior was.
"Kneel."
They instantly fall to their knees. The cracks of their bones hitting the ground echoed through the room.
I smile, "Beg."They all began to plead.
"Joy, pl-please spare me."
"It was wr-wrong."
"I never m-meant to dis-disrespect you."I giggled at their desperation, "Now, apologize."
They all say in unison.
"I apologize, Jo—"I scoff, "Not to me, you dimwits!"
I cock my head in the direction of the Dark Lord. They all bowed and said all together,
"Forgive me, my Lord."Voldemort couldn't help but smile, "Impressive, Joy. You're coming along nicely."
I smile back at Voldy and waved my hand to dismiss the idiots as they all hurried back to their seats.Voldy turned his attention to Bellatrix, "Bellatrix, are you available to retrieve the sword of Godric Gryffindor?"
She immediately responds, "Yes, my Lord." He nods then turns to me, "Bellatrix will come with you to retrieve the sword."My eyes widened as I remembered the Thief's Downfall. If she goes under the waterfall, she'll remember who I am.
I need to think on my feet, as Snape looked to me, worried.
I blurt out, "I'll grab it." Voldemort turns his head to me. I shrug my shoulders, "It's my vault. I'm not letting anyone else near my vault." Bellatrix furrows her eyebrows as she glares at me, then to the Lord.
Voldemort sighs, "Very well. Give it to Bellatrix once you've retrieved it." I nod and turn back to Bellatrix, who was probably cursing me in her mind.
I stuck my tongue out at her and rolled my eyes.
There was a distant cry coming from behind me, I turned and saw a woman hovering over the ground.
"My Lord," I ask Voldemort, "Who is that?" I point to the woman. He smirks, "Charity Burbage. A professor at Hogwarts who believes that muggles and pure bloods were equal! What rubbish!" Her paralyzed body slowly floated to the table, within the eyesight of everyone.
"Shall you do the honors?" He motions for me to go ahead.
I looked into the eyes of the woman, and I just... don't have the heart to kill her.So instead, I hesitantly say, "Show us how it's done, my Lord." He happily grinned and pulled his wand out.
"Avada kadavra!"
Her body dropped to the table. The sound of their body hitting the wood made my flinch, as I noticed Draco doing the same thing. Everyone else has no expression on their faces.
Nagini began to slither around my chair, as I pet the scales on her head.
She actually a nice serpent... if it weren't for her killer instincts."Nagini... dinner."
-
The meeting ended shortly after we all witnessed Nagini have a dinner buffet.
Everyone has already left, and I stuck around to make sure everyone left accordingly. I was about to disapparate and head to Cokeworth, until felt a tap on my shoulder.
"Can we talk?" Draco had his hands in his pockets and kicked the ground.
I guess it was time that we figured out whatever the hell we were now.
I sighed in response, "Alright."He escorted me to his room, and closed the door behind us.
