I looked up at him, "I could ask you the same thing, Malfoy."

He stands up straight and fixes his jacket, "None of your business." He starts to walk away from me and I trail behind him. I ask, "So what's your deal?" He continues walking, "You ask too many questions." I roll my eyes as I struggle to keep up with him.
"You're rude. You sneak around. And you look sad all the time." I pull his arm back so that he stops and faces me. I cross my arms, "You can't be the broody guy and the asshole. You have to choose one." He scoffs, "Maybe I'm both." I roll my eyes again, and walk past him, bumping into him while I'm at it. He's now walking behind me.

Malfoy asks, "What about you?" I smirk, "What about me?" I continue to walk away from him, "No ones heard of Snape's daughter until recently. Not to mention, he isn't the best looking guy out there. Who would want to procreate with him?" He pulls my arm back, "Who are you, really?" I stop walking and slowly turn to face him. I shrug my shoulders, "Guess you'll just have to find out."

He slowly walks up to me, with an intimidating smile. One that could make someone that weren't as self-confident as I, cower in fear, but I stand my ground.
"Watch yourself, Rosie." He warns, "You don't wanna get into trouble."

I smirk in response, "What if I like trouble?" I place my left hand on his chest and slowly run my fingers down the flaps of his jacket. He quickly grabs my wrist and grips it tight before saying, "Go find it somewhere else." He pushes my hand away and walks in the direction of the dungeons.

I watch him turn the corner before thinking to myself, 'He really thought he could scare me. How cute.'

The next morning, I decided to let Snape know of Draco's whereabouts late at night. I take a shower, changed into my uniform, and make sure I'm still charmed as Rosie, and not Joy.
I say goodbye to Tori and head to Snape's class earlier than scheduled to discuss about it.

I knock on the classroom door, "Knock knock, Father." He looks up at me and motions me to come in, "Close the door behind you." I gladly do and walk to his desk.

"Why are you here so early, Joy?" He asks. "Well, after our meeting last night with Voldy, guess who I saw lurking in the corridors late at night?" He raises one eyebrow. I reply, "Malfoy."

He sighs, "You saw him?" I nod, "I will let him know he needs to be more discrete about his surroundings." He goes back to doing paperwork.
I look around his desk before asking Snape, "Who's Malfoy's father?" He quickly responds, "Lucius Malfoy. Sentenced to—" I interrupt him, "Azkaban, I heard."
He looks at me confused, "My new friends told me about him." He sighs, "I don't think it's wise for you to be hanging out with them." I dismiss his comment, "Voldy said it was alright, so...."

Students began to fill the classroom and I quickly acted as if I was looking at some books on a nearby shelf.
Snape announces, "Take your seats." My eyes met the eyes of the trio and I excitedly began to walk over to them before Snape added in, "...With your housemates." His eyes went directly to me as I rolled mine and start to drag my feet to the only empty Slytherin seat, conveniently next to Malfoy.

I smile, "Looks like you're stuck with me." I climb up to my stool and get comfortable. Malfoy stays silent.
I scoff, "Ignoring me now?" He pulls out his textbook and starts reading. I give up on trying to talk to him and try to focus on the lecture.

3 minutes in and I'm already so fucking bored. I look over to the other side of the room and see Harry staring at me. I smile and wave at him, and he does the same.
Malfoy scoffs, "Good choice, Rosie. Fancy Saint Potter, do we?" Instinctively I reply, "Are we jealous, Malfoy?" He continues to read his textbook and smirks, "I'm already spoken for." I chuckle, "Really? She must be mental to fancy you."

I saw Malfoy's hands squeeze into fists, but they quickly softened as he grabbed something on his chest. My eyes furrowed at the quick change in emotion, but I don't say anything and turn my focus back to Snape teaching.

"Rosie doesn't look like Snape." Harry mentions to Ron and Hermione. Hermione shrugs, "Maybe she takes after her mother." Harry sighs, "Yeah, maybe."

"Hey, I was unpacking my bags and I found a letter from someone but it can't be who I think it is." Harry whispers, "But she mentioned something about Malfoy." Ron chuckles, "She? Getting love letters, are ya mate?" Hermione rolls her eyes, "Who is it signed from?" Harry replies, "Joy."

"Joy?" Hermione whispers, and looks around the room. "The one with You-Know-Who?" Harry shrugs, "I don't know... maybe? But why was she writing me?" Hermione looks at him, "Did you try writing her back?" He nods, "No luck." Ron scoffs, "Obviously. I wouldn't think she would make herself easy to find if she's the heir of You-Know-Who."

Hermione turns a page in her textbook, "Maybe it's someone else named Joy." She goes back to reading. Harry responds, "Yeah... maybe."
