"I'm completely in love
with you and you haven't
even realised but I'm totally
fine with the crippling
knowledge that you don't like
me back. That's fine, I'm fine.
Totally fine."

0005. | HE COULDN'T RESIST THE OPPORTUNITY
Leo awoke to sunlight flooding in through the black veils of Nadia's cabin blaring in his face. He groaned, his whole body aching like he'd run a marathon and he stretched, hearing satisfying cracks as he did. He sighed, contented. He shifted onto his side, expecting to be greeted by nothing maybe a pillow or two, but instead he came face to ankles with Nadia. He squinted with confusion until the events of the night before came back to him and his face flushed bright red down to his chest.
Di was still sleeping, covered by her white bed sheets that had followed them onto the floor (Leo didn't even remember how they'd got to the floor but he was sure it was a good story) and looking completely angelic. Leo's heart hammered in his chest and he pressed a kiss to her leg. He saw her smile as she stirred in her sleep and his heart soared.
"'Morning, muñeca." He grumbled, his voice deep and raspy from sleep. Her icy chestnut eyes fluttered open and he smiled at her, tracing a finger up and down her leg soothingly.
She blushed too. "Morning, baby." She mumbled and buried her face into the bedsheet.
Leo grinned. "Don't be getting shy on me now, novia." He teased. "Not after you suc—," Leo didn't get to finish. The door opened (why hadn't they locked it—?) and in the doorway stood Jason.
"Hey, Nads, can you maybe work on your projecting thing?" Leo and Nadia froze, staring at Jason who hadn't yet noticed them. He stood in the doorway in his pyjamas, his usually neat hair stuck up in all directions like he'd had a rough night. "Last night I kept having dreams about—," then Jason noticed. "Oh my gods!" He shouted. "Oh my gods, what in Pluto?AH! You and— you two—! Ah!"
Leo launched up from the floor, grateful for himself putting his boxers back on before he fell asleep because he jumped on Jason, slapping his hand over his best friend's mouth and yanking Jason into the room. Leo kicked the door shut behind them before wrapping his legs back around Jason so he didn't fall. "Shut up. Shut the hell up." Leo hissed. "Shut up!"
Jason whimpered but nodded. He looked genuinely pained at the sight of his two best friends sleeping together but Leo couldn't risk a cabin check right now from Coach Hedge, or worse, Nico.
"Okay," Leo spoke a little less harshly. "I'm going to take away my hand now, and you have to promise not to yell... alright?" Jason nodded. "Good." Leo slowly rescinded his hands from his best friend's mouth and he could see Di trying not to laugh at Leo hugging Jason like a koala to a tree.
Jason's whole face was wrinkled with complete and utter discomfort. "I should've knocked..." he muttered. "Why didn't I knock...?"
"You're not gonna tell anyone, are you, Jase?" Nadia asked with her sweetest voice, using the bedsheet to cover her bare chest. Leo grinned at the rush of memories.
