I realized that Harry still hadn't texted me, even though he said he would.

Liam left quite some time ago. I've been constantly checking the clock.

Should I text him?

No, that would be too desperate.

But what if something is wrong.

But what if he stood me up, he wouldn't do that, right? No he wouldn't, this isn't even a date.

I was so nervous. I went over probably every different situation that he could have been in. Constantly check my phone for a text or call. I thought I would check the time once more.

7:10 pm

He said he would be here at 7, and now its ten minutes past that. Still nothing.

After impatiently waiting another five minutes when I decided to text him.

What do I even say?

Should I just say hi? Yeah lets go with that.

I typed it out before I sent it, staring at it. I took a deep breath and told myself it would be fine.

Then I hit send.

Me hii

Were the two i's too pushy?

I didn't understand why I was so nervous. It's not like this was a date. It was just a casual movie, with two friends. Two. Niall was going to be there, I didn't need to freak out. Although the idea of me going to a movie with my childhood crush made me slightly more nervous. I felt my mouth beginning to dry up.

I needed to distract myself.

Maybe I should go get some water.

When I stood up, my legs felt slightly weak. I tried to shake it off and waddle into the kitchen. I grabbed a plastic water bottle out of the fridge. The cold water soothed my dry mouth the second I took a sip.

A loud ding came from my phone. My heart skipped a beat. It was a text from a number I didn't have saved.

(323) 772-6866 hey it's niall

Me hi?

How did he even get my number?

Niall harry left his phone at his house, im outside yours right now

Me ofc he did lol

Me i'll be out in a second

I was still very confused as to why Niall had my number. But I chose to ignore it.

I slipped on some shoes and quickly grabbed my small backpack that I take everywhere. It had emergency things in it, tampons, concealer, extra cash, chapstick, and just little things like that. Then, pacing to the door so Niall didn't have to wait too long.

The second I opened the door freezing cold wind hit my bare arms, realizing that I should have brought a jacket. I saw a silver car in my driveway. Before getting any closer I made sure it was actually Niall in the driver seat so I didn't get murdered or something horrible like that.

"Hey." I said opening the door. Instantly the smell of hair product and an undertone of weed hit my nostrils, it wasn't a horrible smell, just different.

"Hi, you ready? Harry's gunna meet us at the movies." He asks sweetly.

"Yup, and ok cool." I replied giving him a smile as I buckled my seatbelt.
