Galit na galit si Chago hanggang sa makauwi kami, I was glad that he was controlling it while we were in the car with Maru. Nakatulog si Maru sa biyahe kaya sa bahay ay diniretso ko na siya sa kuwarto para mapunasan at mabihisan habang tulog.
Nang masigurado kong maayos na ang pagkakatulog niya ay iniwanan ko siya sa kuwarto niya at pinuntahan si Chago sa aming kuwarto, I silently walked into our room. Nakatalikod siya at hindi mapakali, he was hissing on his cellphone while unbuttoning his polo shirt as if he couldn't breathe properly.
"You fucking heard about it, huh? You didn't even tell me!"
"I didn't expect he was serious! Come on, Maru's just a kid and I didn't know he was that desperate to put everything on your son's name!"
Chago groaned in frustration. "I don't want to talk to him anymore, tell him to get my son out of Zacarias Corporation or he'll never see us again even when he's already breathless! His hardships will be more wasted!"

Galit na galit siya dahil si Maru na ang usapan, kahit sino namang magulang ay ganyan ang inisyal na mararamdaman. I'm mad, too, for involving our son but Chago's madness is also mine. His voice is already enough, hindi puwedeng parehas kaming walang kalmante sa oras na ito. Matatakot ang anak namin.

But Chago doesn't care about his shares, matagal na nga niyang inalisan ang pamilyang Zacarias. Bakit ngayon ay siya ang inuubligang mamahala? Chago is doing well to provide for our family, he doesn't need their wealth anymore.
"That won't change the fact that he's putting my son's life in danger now and also his future! I don't trust everyone at the table earlier, they heard everything and you know what that means! Uncle Hunyo and his wife must be planning to do something now!" he sounds so frustrated and anxious right now.
My heart is pounding nervously, I don't know how serious it is. Natatakot ako lalo para sa anak namin at nag-aalala rin ako kay Chago, hindi siguro ako mapapakali hangga't hindi iyon binabawi ng kanyang ama.
I hugged him from behind, I didn't know what to do but make him feel that he was not alone in this home. He gasped, he turned to me with sharp eyes but when he looked at my face—he slightly softened. He took off his eyeglasses and massage his nose bridge, I could feel his stress. I hugged him even more, medyo lumambot naman ang tensyon niya.
"Please, calm down..." I whispered.
He sighed heavily, he held my hand to lift it to his lips and kissed it gently before he brushed it on his cheek. He just closed his eyes, calming himself down.
"I will tell him, you also should do something to make him change his mind and get Maru out. Talk to him calmly, Ago. Hindi lahat madadaan sa galit mo, father went greedy because of you, too," Logan said seriously. "He just wanted to give you everything he has worked on."
"You don't understand me, Logan. You're not a father yet, my son's life will be in damn danger," Chago said every word sternly. "What do you expect me to do? Be happy? Chago's right, pinagbigyan na namin siya na makilala si Maru at hindi na niya kailangan pang isali si Maru sa mga Zacarias dahil masyadong mapanganib. Kagaya noon sa mga kapatid ni Chago ay natatakot akong masangkot pa ang pamilya namin lalo na si Maru na walang kamuwang-muwang. Paano kung kumalat iyon? Iinit sa mga mata ng masasamang tao si Maru dahil siya ang ginawang taga pag-mana.
