I've got you babe - Jennifer and Justin (Justifer)

It was an accident

32 weeks pregnant

Jen had pretty much finished working for time being, mostly down to Justin telling her she needed to take it easy now. However she had one more meeting left to do. It was with the cast and crew of The Morning Show. They aren't due to start filming until next year, thankfully, but they still had a few script meetings to do, and this was the last one Jen needed to attend in person.

She woke up this morning still content from their recent trip to Cabo. Since then, Jen and Justin have felt even closer than they were before. It bought them together more than they realised they could be.

"Morning honey" Jen rolls over in bed after hearing Justin switch his alarm off.

"Mmm, good morning girls" he leans over to kiss Jen and her bump. They lay in each others arms a little longer.

"You excited for your last meeting?" Justin asks her.

"Yeah, I can't wait to start filming this. I'm so glad you pushed me to do it" She rubs his chest.

"Well you've got what it takes babe. And now everyone will get to see it too" he fills her with confidence, kissing her head.

"But for now, I'm looking forward to family time... Our family... with our little girl" she answers slowly, still in disbelief that they will soon have a baby.

"I know. This is most definitely the role you are born to do" Justin says with pride.

"You too honey. I can't wait to see you swooning over our daughter"

"She's never leaving my sight Jen. Seriously, I'm going to be so protective" they chuckle, knowing it's partly true.

They look down at their hands meeting on her bump.

"It's like you've just ballooned in the last week. You've had such a petite bump and all of a sudden.. wow it's huge!" Justin says.

"I know. I feel massive. I can't see my feet or fit into anything I own. I've definitely reached full pregnant mode now."

"And you're still glowing" they smile, making eye contact and kiss.

"Right, now I need to get up" Jen says whilst Justin helps her out of the bed.

Arriving home after the meeting, Justin was still at work and Jen was in the nursery sorting through a few more gifts from her baby shower. They had finished decorating the room a few weeks earlier but still had some items to put in the correct places.

Jen heard a voice entering the house.

"Hi Jen, it's me.. where are you?" Justin's mom, Phyllis, shouted.

"Hey! I'm in the nursery. Come on up" she answered.

"Hi darling. Wow, Justin said you had gotten bigger but I didn't think he meant this big. You've certainly grown" Phyllis says whilst walking over to greet Jen.

"I know, I'm huge now" She replied, laughing at Phyllis' reaction.

"How are you?"

"I'm good thanks... I'm sorry, I forgot Justin said you were popping over" she looks at her apologetically.

"That's okay darling. I've bought the rest of her clothes and there's a lasagne downstairs for you both tonight" Phyllis had washed some baby clothes for Jen, ready for the birth.

"That's so sweet of you. You know we can't resist your cooking"

"I'll go get the clothes and bring them up to give you a hand" Phyllis turns to leave.
