Jealousy

A week later

Jen and Justin had been enjoying being reunited. They'd become even closer, which they didn't know was possible.

Jen had been filming for a few days and was happy to be coming home to her family.

"Hi my babies" she walked in the kitchen to Justin cooking and Rosie sat on the side next to him, pretending to help.

"Hey babe"

"Mommmyyy" she reached out for Jen and Jen lifted her up kissing her.

"Hi sweetie, I missed you"

Justin leant over and kissed Jen.

"How did it go?" he asked.

"It was emotional but I'm really excited for the outcome" Justin was proud of her. She was so nervous before starting The Morning Show, he loved watching her come out of her shell. He had so much faith in her.

"I can't wait to see it" he smiled at her.

"What did you guys do today?" she put Rosie down as she played with a toy on the floor.

"We chased Dolly, went in the pool, visited grandma and ate lots of snacks" he joked.

Rosie was tugging at Justins legs so he picked her up

"Someone's been very clingy" he said to Jen as Rosie cuddled up to him.

"I know.. she doesn't want mommy anymore" Jen squeezed Rosie's cheeks joking with her.

"Wherever I go, she's at my feet. Even at my moms, she wasn't even interested in them, she wanted to stay with me"

"Mommy doesn't get a look in nowadays" Jen replied. Justin could sense there was a little bit of disappointment in her voice.

"You do with me" he pulled her close and kissed her.

"I know" she smiled sweetly and wrapped her arms around his side.

"Dinner will be about 20 minutes" he turned to finish cooking "Go to mommy while I do dinner princess" he leant her towards Jen who had her arms out waiting for her.

"Nooo..me an daddy" she clung her arms around Justin's neck. He looked to Jen who smiled faintly back.

"It's okay Justin" she whispered before heading to the next room.

The following day Jen was having a girls afternoon at Court's.

"I bet you're looking forward to finishing filming now aren't you Jen?" Amanda asked.

"Yeah. It's been brilliant and we've all loved it but it's been a crazy few months. I'm looking forward to a nice break"

"At least Justin's home now"

"Yeah" she answered quietly as all the girls continued their conversations.

"Auntie Jenny.. Rosie keeps taking my doll and not hers" Maple ran over to her.

"Aw I'm sorry honey, she's just a baby she doesn't understand. I'll come and help" she tried to reason with her.

As she got up Rosie came running in crying as Coco had taken a toy off her.

"Coco give it back" Court said.

"No, it's okay Court. She needs to learn to share" Jen tried to help.

"Look baby, this is your dolly. That's Coco's and this one's Maple's" she bent down to her level trying to explain but Rosie kept crying.

"Rosie stop being silly, you can't always get your own way honey" she said a bit firmer.
