They can't do that

The following day Court phones Justin.

"Justin.. hey.. erm I've had to call you.. I don't know what to say to Jen" she stutters on the phone.

"Why what's going on?" Justin asks confused.

"Well erm.. I was on TMZ cause someone told me they'd wrote a ridiculous story about me and Johnny" Justin knows this isn't going well as Court continues "anyway.. erm there's this article about John taking Jen's daughter out to the park.. and there's photos of John, Sherry and Rosie" She finishes, feeling bad.

"What? Are you serious? How have they found them, they were at a private park in their neighbourhood. They must be following the cars" Justin asks trying to figure it out.

"Justin that's not all" Court continues "They've published photos of Rosie's face. There's loads on there.. zoomed in with comparisons of Jen.. I'm sorry."

"Fuck" Justin whispered.

"I'm sorry Justin. I had to call you before Jen found out" she replies knowing Jen will be hurt that her daughters face is out there.

"No.. thanks Court. I'm glad you did" he pauses "This is gonna destroy Jen.. oh my god."

"You need to tell her though Justin.." Court continues.

"Yeah I'll talk to her now.. Thanks Court. I'll talk to you later"

"Bye Justin."

Justin leaves his office, unsure of what to say to Jen. They tried so hard to keep her daughters anonymity.

"You okay honey? Who was on the phone?" Jen asks noticing Justin walk in the living room.

"..Erm that was Court" he answers quietly.

"What did she want?" his tone and slumped head confused her.

She walked over to the couch holding Rosie and pestered him further.

"Justin.. what's going on?

He walked over and joined her on the couch. He looked from Rosie to Jen and took a deep breath before breaking the news.

"Jen.. they've published photos of Rosie and your parents" he noticed her expression change quickly.

"What.. who.. where?"

"TMZ.. Court found an article of them at the park, comparing photos of you with Rosie. They didn't blur her face" he finished telling her.

"Oh my god.. they can't do that. We have a deal with the media" she says, her voice full of panic and anger. She held Rosie tighter too her chest and looked down at her.

Justin could see tears forming in her eyes and rubbed her arm.

"It's okay baby. We'll sue them. They know they can't publish them. We'll do all we can to get them removed"

"My baby.. they can't do this.. We've tried so hard to keep her privacy. It's not fair on her. She doesn't need her face plastered all over those bullshit magazines" Jen said, her temper starting to rise.

"We'll figure it out Jen. I'll call Stephen now and get him to contact our lawyers. We won't let them win" Justin says, reassuring her and pulling her for a hug.

"I can't believe they've done that. My dad took her to a private park.. they must have followed him. That's unfair" she continued when they released from the hug.

"I know. I guess they followed our car on the way there"

"They can take photos of me as much as they like but to publish her" she looks down, stroking Rosie's face "when we have a legal deal that they can't share her face.. that is unacceptable. I won't stand for it."

"I'm gonna phone Stephen now and get this sorted" Justin says, getting up and phoning Stephen.

As Justin was on the phone, Jens phone rang.

"Jenny, I'm so sorry. I had no idea they were anywhere near us. If I had seen them I wouldn't have taken her outside" Jens dad phones Jen feeling awful after seeing the news.

"It's okay daddy. It's not your fault" Jen answers, feeling bad for her dad.

"Have you contacted your lawyers? You can sue them you know, they aren't allowed to publish them"

"Justin's on the phone with Stephen now. I just can't believe they followed you and Sherry"

"I know. I'm really sorry darling"

"It's okay dad. Look I'm gonna go and see what Justin's doing. I'll call you later with an update."

"Okay Jenny.. talk to you later."

Jen finishes on the phone and lifts Rosie in the air sweetly.

"Oh you poor thing. You have no idea do you" she smiles cutely at Rosie earning a smile in return.

Jen pulls her in for a tight hug and kisses her head.

Justin walked back in the room.

"Stephen's been in touch with our lawyers and they're on the case. We can file a report against them and get the photos taken down. Other media outlets have said they won't publish them." He informs Jen what happened on the phone.

Jen nods slowly in response "Thanks for sorting it so quickly honey" she replies, letting him know she's grateful.

"I know it's not nice but for now there's nothing else we can do. We won't back down babe" Justin reassures her.

"Yeah.. they don't get to share our little princess" they look at Rosie then each other and smile.

"I'm gonna give her a bath and put her down for a nap" Jen says getting up to leave, carrying Rosie.

Justin grabs her arm as she leaves "Hey.. you okay?" he asks honestly, knowing Jen is upset.

She looks at him and slowly nods with a slight smile.

He knew she was trying to stay calm and strong. He pulled her close for a hug, kissing Rosie and Jen's heads.

"We'll be okay" he comforts her.

"We will be... Thank you honey" she answers quietly before heading upstairs.
