28 weeks pregnant

Jen had been nominated for the Best Leading Actress at the Sag Awards.

Justin had been telling her she didn't have to attend but Jen was determined not to miss another event. It was her first time at a public event since the incident so they were all on edge.

"Are you sure you're okay to go?" Justin asked as he left the bathroom.

"I'm sure honey. I appreciate you looking out for me but I promise I feel okay" she stroked his arm as he joined her on the bed.

"If at any point you don't feel good, you tell me and we come home.. okay?!"

"I will do" she smiled at him.

"I've got a good feeling about this" he said after a while.

"Aw that's sweet honey. I'm just happy to be nominated"

"I know you are. You deserve it baby.. You're incredible" he kissed her sweetly.

Later in the afternoon, Chris and Angela had finished doing Jen's hair and make up.

Nina was helping her into her dress.

"It's a little tighter than when I tried it on" Jen joked squeezing into the dress.

"We can go for the other option if it's more comfortable?"

"No no.. this one's fine. I love this one" Jen smiled, straightening the dress out, looking at her reflection.

"You look beautiful" Justin walked in the room and hugged her from behind, kissing her head.

Their hands met on her bump and they smiled. The others left the room.

"This reminds me of when you were pregnant with Rosie at the premiere"

"I know.. how crazy" she smiled softly.

"And now you're my wife and a hot mama" he tapped her ass and turned to get his suit on.

"I'm glad you think so.. I don't feel it" she laughed.

"You've never looked hotter babe" he shouted from the bathroom.

"Thank you honey" she meant it. He always filled her with such confidence.

"Mommy where you going?" Rosie walked in with Phyllis by the door.

Jen stroked her hair and smiled sweetly.

"We're going to a boring award show honey. It's for grown ups"

"I come" she asked so cutely.

"Sorry honey, only mommys and daddys can go" Rosie looked sad to be left out. "Tomorrow we'll play, watch movies and do anything you like.. okay darling?!"

Rosie nodded and reached up to stroke Jens bump "and baby play"

Jen stared at her daughter proudly "and the baby.. you be good girl for grandma okay"

She turned to leave as they waited downstairs.

Justin walked out of the bathroom in his suit and tie.

"And there's my handsome husband" she wrapped her arms around his shoulders.

They kissed.

"You sure you're okay?" Justin double checked. He knew she wanted to go and truthfully he did.. he had a feeling they wouldn't regret it. But he wanted her to know that if she wanted to stay home.. that was fine.

"Promise honey"

"I've got you babe" he smiled and they kissed again. She knew he did have her.. all the time. He always supported her.
