I've got you babe - Jennifer and Justin (Justifer)

She's three

Rosie's 3rd birthday – 25 weeks pregnant

"Happy birthday sweetheart" Justin hugged her tight lifting her out of bed.

"I big girl daddy"

"You are" he kissed her, carrying her into their bedroom.

"Mommy I a big girl" she jumped on the bed.

"Happy birthday baby.. ooh come here" Jen engulfed her daughter, smothering her in kisses.

The sound of laughter filled the room and warmed Jen's heart.

"You'll always be mommy's first princess" she spoke softly, more to herself than Rosie.

Justin sat next to her in the bed and wrapped his arm around her.

"Mommy when baby here?" Rosie innocently asked, putting her hand on Jen's bump.

"Soon sweetie. They have to sleep in mommy's tummy for a bit longer first"

"I want baby" she rested her head on the bump and Jen stoked her hair sweetly.

"Me too honey. Not much longer"

"Our last birthday as a three" Justin said watching his girls cuddling.

"I know.. I can't believe we have a three year old and we're having another"

"Me neither babe. Turned out pretty good for us hasn't it" he smiled at her cutely.

Jen stroked his leg and smiled "I feel good today"

They looked at each other sweetly. Justin was relieved. Jen had been feeling low recently due to the pain she was in but she'd been putting on a brave face.

"I'm glad.. it hasn't been an easy pregnancy for you" he spoke honestly, stroking her arm.

"At least my bleeding has stopped now... just this pain to deal with"

"You're powering through" he kissed her.

"Right who wants presents"

Rosie shot up, bouncing on the bed "MEEE!"

They spent the morning opening presents, enjoying quality time together. Jen wasn't sure whether it was the distraction of her daughters happiness but she was pleased to be feeling better today.

Later in the afternoon, their parents and a few friends came round.

"You look great Jenny"

"Thanks Sherry. I feel the best I've felt in a few weeks"

"How's my son in law treating you?" John asked jokingly.

Jen smiled sweetly, she loved the bond between her husband and father.

"He's been wonderful as always daddy.. taking great care of us all"

"Oh talk of the devil" John teased as Justin walked into the kitchen.

"Hey!" he greeted his in-laws and stood next to Jen as she wrapped her arm around his waist.

"My girls are keeping you in check I hear"

"Oh you bet John.. keeping me busy" he joked back.

Jen smiled at him sweetly "Is Rosie in the pool?"

"Yeah, I think Jason has been dragged into being the 'king'" they all laughed.

"I'll go save him" John teased, walking out into the garden.

"You doing okay?" Justin asked Jen when they were left alone.

He stroked her back and bump lovingly.
